5.00I’d like to very highly recommend Mauricio Escobar Fernandez and his partner, Juan Valenzuela, for any transportation needs and guided tours around Santiago. They are both excellent! On Feb 1, 2026 , Juan picked up our party of 6 adults at San Antonio port after our cruise, exactly at our agreed upon time, and drove us to our Santiago hotel. During our drive, Juan told us all about Chile’s customs, education, crops, natural resources. The following day, Juan led us on a great 3+ hour walking tour of central Santiago, then drove us to the airport. Juan, a native of Santiago, is very personable, professional, cares about his clients wishes, speaks excellent English. We all thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him and seeing his city through his eyes. Mauricio is great to work with. He promptly answered each of my emails within hours throughout the 6 months we corresponded before our cruise. He speaks excellent English, has very reasonable prices, and was always willing to accommodate our needs. He suggested other interesting tours we would have loved to have taken had we had more time in Chile. We had the absolute best service with Mauricio and Juan!
