5.00Our travel agent scheduled our departure from Granada's Aurea Washington Irving Hotel to the Federico Garcia Lorca Granada-Jaen airport with Sun Travel Granada, and we're grateful that she did. Sun Travel Granada provided excellent service, beginning with Rafa arriving on time (early, actually) and transporting us in a very nice Mercedes. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and Rafa proved to be polite, engaging, and informative. Rafa's English was very good, and we enjoyed hearing his information about the significance of the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains and other area features. He also actually prepared us for the Granada airport being relatively small compared to those of other cities. Overall, our experience was very positive, and we strongly recommend Sun Travel for anyone needing transportation in the Granada area.

5.00Rafael was an amazing driver. He took the best care of me and I had a most wonderful experience with Sun Travel. The van was very clean, on the inside and out, and Rafael was very professional and a really nice guy overall. He was always on time and I never had to wait for him, and for my arrival flight into Granada he was waiting for me at the arrival door and walked me to the van before we drove back to Granada. I will definitely be using this service again for my future travels.

5.00Rafael was very polite, friendly and attentive. We noticed one hour before going to the airport we forgot the camera at the rented car return. He agreed to pick us up 30min early and drive to the rental car office to look for it.
