Enjoy a private stress-free transfer from your hotel in Los Naranjos to your hotel in Cartagena de Indias. A professional driver will take you to your next hotel. The trip lasts 5 hours (time varies depending on traffic). Drivers do not speak English. Once you meet him he will take you to the vehicle and the next destination will be your hotel. There is one optional stop after passing Barranquilla where you can stretch your legs, drink a cup of coffee and go to the toilette. There is also the possibility to stop for lunch in case you need it.

What To Expect

After booking the transportation service with us, one of our team will contact you in order to confirm every detail so that everything is clear for our driver when picking you up. On the travel date, at the requested hour, our driver will notice himself at the front desk and he will help you with your luggage. After 2 hours drive, there is an optional 15-minutes stop after passing Barranquilla, here you will be able to go to the bathroom, stretch your legs or buy yourself a cup of coffee. Please, let our driver know if you would like to stop or if you decided just to go directly to your next hotel. Depending on your departing hour, our driver is told to stop at a restaurant and wait for you to lunch. No hurries, our driver will wait as long as it takes so that you have a pleasant meal, please be aware, we do not include lunch in the final price, remember to bring enough cash or your credit card in order to pay for your lunch. Finally, our driver will leave you at the front door of your hotel in Cartagena. Please take into account that there are some hotels streets where it is not possible for the vehicle to transit.

We used Bukap for all of our transfers in Colombia. They were extremely responsive and professional. They had great communication through WhatsApp. Our driver Hader was excellent he was a very safe driver. His car was well maintained and the air conditioned. Would highly recommended to anyone traveling in Colombia

Excellent customer service from initial booking to follow up questions. Loved the fact that I received an email the day before scheduled transfer reconfirming pick up time, location and destination. Great drivers/vehicles and all were punctual for my three transfers. Will definetely use on my next trip.

We used Bukap for 3 different transfers while in Colombia. We would highly recommend them. From my first enquiry they were prompt in replying, explained their prices and sent me confirmation as soon as I had paid. We had the same driver, Hader, for all 3 journeys and he was very friendly and helpful. He was a careful driver and tried to give us information along the way - only hindered by our lack of Spanish! Don’t hesitate to use them.

We had an excellent experience with Bukap and multiple trips in Colombia. Our first driver, Gabriel, picked us up in Cartagena and drove us to Taganga/Santa Marta. He was on-time, kind, safe, and friendly. Our second driver, Carlos, drove us from Tayrona back to Cartagena. He too was prompt, friendly, safe, and helpful. We were a family of 4. Both drivers made sure we had water and brought us to lunch. We had excellent communication with Santiago, the booking manager, who kept in touch with us before and during our trips. Both vehicles were new and in good condition. We highly recommend this service!

We travelled with driver Juan, December 31, from “Ecohabs” inside Tayrona National Park to Cartagena. The ride was very comfortable. Juan was punctual, friendly, and very helpful. Juan drove carefully, and had brought a bottle of water for us for the ride. We stopped for a quick lunch break halfway, at a clean service station that served tasty pizza. The ride took less than 5 hours, incl. the break, and we were able to spend a lovely New Year’s Eve in Cartagena. Communication with the travel agent prior to travelling was also extremely friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend using this agent.

Could not have been better. I emailed them for quotes for 2 journeys. Santa Marta airport to Tayrona and then from there to Cartagena. Got a swift comprehensive response with what i regarded as very fair prices. Taxi was there waiting and had such an enjoyable journey with driver Harder that when they whats apped that day asking how it went and i said how nice the driver was they arranged for him to be the driver for the second journey. If you need fair price, good cars, good drivers and great communication then they are as good as you can get

Great service exactly as expected! Our driver was on time and nice to chat with. We made a pit stop at safe and clean location about halfway thru the trip near Barranquilla. Highly recommend!
