What To Expect

According to the schedule you provided, our driver will be waiting for you at your hotel's front desk. Once you are ready to depart, he will offer you a bottle of water and then, you will immediately depart to your hotel in the Tayrona Park area. If you need a private car we only use modern and spacious SUV; in case you are up to 6 people, we count with comfortable minivans, where you will relax and have a pleasant journey. There are not any guides in this transportation, our drivers do not speak English, but do not worry, any additional request you may have, please do not hesitate to ask for it in advance (ATM's, grocery store, booster seats, etc.). Anything else, not listed in this post is not included.

My family and I used Bukap Travels for transportation from Santa Marta airport to our hotel in Santa Marta, Santa Marta to Tayrona, and Tayrona to Cartagena. Jader was our driver and he was AMAZING! He was punctual, helpful, and a safe. I would highly recommend this service for your transportation needs. The service and safety makes it worth every penny.

Juan Carlos, the owner of the agency, was very helpful with all the information about the different options to come to Tayrona Park and the prices were also reasonable. The car was comfortable and the driver Eder was very attentive to help us in everything we needed, he even connected us with several people who helped us inside the park.

We booked transfer from our Hotel close to Tayrona back to Santa Marta with Juan. Everything went smoothly and it was a delight to talk with Juan during our drive. His english is exceptional and provided us with lots of information about the Caribbean area. If you are looking for transportation in Colombia's northern coast I can highly recommend Bukap.

Juan Carlos from Bukap travels created great tours for us. We did a tour of an indigenous site on the Rio Don Diego and then floated down the river to the ocean. Great day! informative and fun. Next day, we went to Tayrona national park and playa cristal. All is arranged so you dont have to wait long in lines. Then we did a city tour. You will feel secure with Juan Carlos. His English is excellent, He serves you with courtesy and designs tours according to your needs. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We had a great day with Juan Carlos! He is very friendly and attentive. Gave us a lot of information about Tayrona National Park and also answered us all questions about land and people. We really had fun driving. Also, the Service is just great, you are picked up with a good car where you want and he would stop anytime and anywhere. If we were here any longer we would do even more tours with him.:-)
