5.00First of all, communication is excellent. Confirmation emails regarding pickup location and times were excellent. Raimond/Raymond accommodated our request to leave 1 jour early. The 3-4 hour drive through the mountains was safe and done cautiously. Stops were made upon request. The van was clean and in excellent condition. Highly recommend.
