What To Expect
Prior to the date of pick up, contact will be made to confirm the pick up details. Your flight will be tracked to ensure that the driver is on standby when you arrive. We will ensure someone is always waiting for you with a sign with your name written on it outside the arrival hall. Once you have been identified, the driver will escort you to a clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned vehicle were you will be provided with complimentary refreshments. We will pick you up at the airport or any hotel within the Montego Bay, Trelawny, St.Ann or Negril area and transport you to you desired destination. For Departure transfer, we recommend a pick up time of at least 3 hours prior to the departure time provided by your airline. Notification will be sent to your email with exact pickup time.

5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I had an amazing experience with Gibbon's Tour and Taxi Service during our third trip to Jamaica. Troy was our driver for both the Negril Sunset at Rick's Cafe and the Rocklands Bird Sanctuary tours, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. What stood out most was how safe and comfortable he made us feel throughout our excursions. Thanks to Troy, we were able to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of Jamaica. This was truly the best experience we've had in Jamaica so far. We will certainly be using his services again on future visits and would highly recommend Gibbon's Tour and Taxi Service to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable tour experience. 5.00We had a fantastic experience with Troy, firstly we went into the hills above Montego Bay to feed the humming birds at Rocklands Sanctuary ( this was one tick off the bucket list and a must visit while your here) Then we were taken to river rafting, this was so good we never stopped laughing with our rafting guide Alex he was very attentive and nothing was to much trouble (all arranged by Troy) We were driven to experience the real life fruit and vegetable market where the local people sell their fresh produce. Finally some retail therapy to buy some souvenirs, the whole time we never felt unsafe as Troy really went the extra mile to make sure we were all good. We met as he was our driver from the airport to Sunset at the Palms (that’s when we discussed our day trip out) from then on we felt more like friends. He will tailor your day to suit you, nothings a problem. Highly recommend 5 ⭐️.

The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, but what truly set the experience apart was Troy’s deep passion for the area. Rather than just reciting facts, they shared fascinating stories and hidden gems that we never would have found on our own. They were also incredibly flexible, adjusting the pace to suit our interests without ever making us feel rushed. We felt completely safe thanks to their expert driving and attentive nature.
