Join us on an exclusively private Two Day Tour to explore the beautiful Great Ocean Road and all that it has to offer, in your own comfy private vehicle together with an experienced driver / tour guide. Visit all the main hot spots such as the world famous 12 Apostles, plus other must-see attractions including Maits Rest and Great Otway National Park. Stay overnight in the beautiful coastal township of Apollo Bay before embarking on a stunning introduction to Port Campbell National Park the next day (home to the 12 Apostles).
Tour departs Melbourne 10:00am. Returns back to Melbourne the following day at 4pm.

We wish to advise larger groups of 4 or 5, that our luggage capacity is limited, so we recommend 1 x airplane cabin-sized bags per person. For groups of 3 passengers or less, 1 x standard size suitcase & 1 x cabin-sized bag per person is acceptable.
Day 1 - Starts 10am. Finishes 6pm. Day 2 - Starts 7:30am. Finishes 4pm.

Melbourne to Apollo Bay
The Great Ocean Road
Sit back and relax, as we tour along the main section of the Great Ocean Road
The Twelve Apostles
We make a stop to view the twelve apostles, from a great boardwalk vantage point.
City Circle Tram
Subject to guest location pick up/drop off location guests will have the opportunity to ride the free city circle tram for a brief introduction to the city.
Bells Beach
We stop to view one of the world most famous surf spots.
Great Ocean Walk
Guests have the opportunity to walk a small section of this walk. Please note that any walk undertaken will result in replacement of another attraction. Walk location subject to weather conditions.
Erskine Falls
The Great Ocean Road's largest and most famous waterfall. This stop will take an additional 2 hours. Consequently, if you wish to take this stop, we may have to substitute out another attraction.
Kennett River Nature Walk
Here, we search for the illusive koala. Sadly there are only 80,000 koala's left in the wild, but your guide knows all the best spots to look, so fingers crossed!
Teddy's Lookout
Great vantage point over Lorne and surroundings.
Split Point Lighthouse
A major landmark of the Great Ocean Road, and a chance for some great photos.
Cape Patton Lookout Point
Stunning vantage point along the GOR.

Split Point Lighthouse
We make a short stop here. All ours stops can be tailored to your preferences. If you wish to stay for a longer period of time that is no problem. Likewise, if you prefer not to visit in favour of another attraction, we can accommodate this. If you wish to go inside and climb the lighthouse, we need to book this in advance. This will incur a separate admission fee.
Great Otway National Park
We travel through various parts of the Otways during the 2 days.

5.00We loved this experience. 2 day is certainly the way to go. There is much more to see and do than we expected. We just thought it as a road with pretty views of the sea. Boy were we wrong ! Easy booking experience and James our guide was very accommodating, especially for my wife who needed regular rest room stops. A great 2 days out on the Great Ocean Road.

5.00Wife and I, 70+ years old, are frequent international travelers and often hire private tour guides. Some work well, some less so. Always looking to research best options. My advice in visiting Great Ocean Rd from Melbourne: your search is over…call/write James. You can see from other reviews all his attributes. What I can add is that our experiences was that even when he can’t give the tour himself he chooses another good guide… and then he, James , worries throughout the tour that all is good even when he’s supposed to be on vacation. In our case, Max filled in for James and was a courteous, attentive, informative, interesting, pleasant driver and guide for our 2-day tour. Together, James and Max teamed up to take care of a last minute hitch that was weather-related… seamlessly. Also, if you can afford the time, I highly recommend the 2-day option to better enjoy, at a more relaxed pace, the beauty and culture of the local stops.

James was very welcoming, friendly and professional throughout the whole tour, and we felt extremely at ease in his capable hands. We highly recommend this tour if you are looking for a fun and relaxing journey through the great ocean road!

5.00What a great experience this was. We saw tonnes of wildlife, views were superb. Our guide Stuart was fantastic with our group (different ages) and it was a pleasure to be in his company over the 2 days. We really liked the choice of overnight venue, being Apollo Bay.

5.00We have just finished a great couple of days in the company of Stuart, who took us on a incredible journey over the 2 days. Never a dull moment. Scenery out of this world. We found stacks of wildlife. Meals were not included but he recommended some absolute gems along the way. And not the kind of ones we would have chosen - more hidden away ones - like a local seafood cafe hidden away down by the harbour front away from the masses of tourists. We would never have found it ourselves. The highlight on day 1 was the kangaroo tour. The highlight of day 2 was the rainforest walk. In fact, we liked the first walk so much, he found the extra time to take us to a second rainforest. Almost equally as impressive. Great service. Great tour. Big thumbs up.

5.00We took 2 days of sightseeing along the great ocean road in the form of a private tour. One day would have just covered the coast, but with the extra day, we got off the main tourist road and discovered some truly beautiful forest areas. It all seemed hidden, so you really need the extra time, a good map, or in our case, a good tour guide who knows where he was going!

5.00Nothing short of perfection! I own my own tour company in far North Queensland, so I’m a hard one to please and always looking for ways a tour can be improved upon (what can I say, it’s in my DNA), but right from the off, these guys nailed it. Professional, efficient but at the same time fun and friendly. An excellent overall tour experience. Sam was our guide on Day 1, and was really great with our group, but then due to a family emergency overnight, he had to be replaced by James. We were slightly disappointed to hear about the change of guide, as our group were getting along so well with Sam, but James turned out to be equally as good. And it was a seamless changeover. So much so that when James came to pick us up from our overnight accommodation in Apollo Bay, he had already been tipped off by Sam as to exactly what our preferred coffee order was. James showed up on the doorstep, on time with 4 individual takeaway coffee’s, for each member of our group, and a welcoming smile. He was also briefed of our group’s dynamics, including how to handle one of the more ‘difficult’ members of the group. Spoiler alert - it wasnt me!

5.00Smoothly run tour. Our guide made us feel at ease. It’s a curved road but he was a safe capable driver. It was a simple process to book. Paid a small deposit to book the date out, and then we paid half way through the tour. No pressure for upfront payment, which we had from other tour operators. You soon learn what is more important to them the cash or the customer. Staying overnight in Apollo Bay and waking up for sunrise of the local beach was magical.
