5.00For our first Swiss trip, we chose this region over the more crowded west, and it was the fine decision. We enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere filled with stunning landscapes and authentic history. • The turquoise water of Lake Caumasee was breathtaking. Such a relaxing trek through the quiet forest to the platform! Even seeing people relaxing and enjoying their holidays was so heartwarming for me. • The panoramic view from the platform was so high, and actually my husband was a bit terrified! Watching the trains pass through the canyon below like a model railway was a joy ❤︎ • Ilanz showed me a side of Swiss history I didn’t know. I was deeply impressed by the rustic and historic atmosphere of it. Our trip was perfect thanks to Susanne & Mirco. Susanne is such a thoughtful and kind woman. Her itinerary was absolutely perfect. Mirco is incredibly knowledgeable, multitalented, and fluent in languages, including Romansh. They added so much depth to our experience. I think they are truly a "great team" for any traveler!!
