This was a wonderful day trip! Our guide, Patricio, picked us up at the Viking luggage drop area after we disembarked the ship. He took us to interesting stop points in Valparaiso and then onto a wonderful winery. There we got a private tour and tasting experience. After that we headed to Santiago where Patricio showed us key sites. Patricio was a very friendly and personable guide and we talked about lots during the day. His English was good enough that we had no trouble communicating. At the end of a great day, he dropped us off at our hotel.

Jaime provided good communication the day before our pickup. He picked us up at the Valparaiso port after our Viking cruise ended. He took us to a winery and a local lunch place. He then toured us around Santiago and dropped us off at the airport in plenty of time.

My husband and I were very pleased with our post cruise one day tour in Santiago, Chile. The guide was knowledgeable and very accommodative of our last minute change plan of touring a different vineyard. The entire tour was good and satisfactory. The only thing I would like to mention that the guide was ten minutes late at the meeting point. We had to wait for him outside the cruise terminal and texted and called to be sure he was coming.

What a fabulous day to end our holiday! We were picked up on time after disembarking at Valparaiso by Erick our driver. Erick was fantastic a really nice guy he spoke perfect English and was very informative with the history and culture. Showed us all the sights and gave us plenty of time to explore Valparaiso, Viña del Mar and a wonderful tour of Santiago before dropping us at our hotel. I would thoroughly recommend this private tour and Erick!
