What To Expect
Domestic Arrivals: • Upon exiting the aircraft, please proceed to your designated baggage carousel • On level 2 arrivals, your chauffeur will wait with a paging board bearing your name in bold • NOTE: It is possible to exit on level 3 departures, but one should proceed via either escalator or elevator to level 2 arrivals to connect with the chauffeur International Arrivals: • Upon exiting the aircraft first proceed to immigration. • Collect your luggage at the baggage carousels • Then proceed through customs • You will then enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL). Where the chauffeur will be waiting immediately on your right with a paging board bearing your name in bold

5.00I would like to commend Manny Gill at KJ Limousine for his incredible service with regards to his efficient and professional communication under a difficult last minute cirumstance recently. While we didn't end up needing the KJ wheelchair access limo, he responded quickly, was exceptionally helpful in holding the servicefor us while we sorted out some other issues, and made the whole process seamless and smooth. Based on this excellent customer service experience, I woudn't hesitate to recommend working with KJ Limousine.
