4.00I would give Anna 5 stars - she is knowledgeable and a historian, and was great at providing context to historical facts. (I love history and learning about less known facts). She was very personable and as a bonus, a great photographer! I am giving the experience 4 stars because the description said it included a stop for coffee at the Gloriette and lunch. The coffee stop did not happen (admittedly I didn’t ask the guide, which I should have but I was a bit shy about it). For the lunch (and the end), she took us to the restaurant and made sure we were settled but then left. We paid for the lunch as normal. The event description clearly says the lunch is included.
