This was hands down one of the best tours I’ve ever taken. Cammi was an absolute expert on Austrian history — her knowledge, humor, and storytelling were remarkable. She shared the city’s past with such enthusiasm and warmth that it never felt like a lecture, but a lively walk through time. I learned so much that I left Vienna with a genuine affection for the city. This tour is an absolute must!

We had such a memorable time exploring Vienna, our professional guide turned what could’ve been an ordinary tour into something truly special. His knowledge went far beyond basic facts — he shared stories, local insights, and fun details that made the city’s history come alive, and adapted everything to our group’s rhythm and interests, which made the whole experience feel effortless and personal. I’d happily book another tour with him next time I’m in Vienna.

I would give Anna 5 stars - she is knowledgeable and a historian, and was great at providing context to historical facts. (I love history and learning about less known facts). She was very personable and as a bonus, a great photographer! I am giving the experience 4 stars because the description said it included a stop for coffee at the Gloriette and lunch. The coffee stop did not happen (admittedly I didn’t ask the guide, which I should have but I was a bit shy about it). For the lunch (and the end), she took us to the restaurant and made sure we were settled but then left. We paid for the lunch as normal. The event description clearly says the lunch is included.

Our tour was truly memorable. Our guide, Sabine, combined warmth and knowledge with a genuine love for the city, tailoring the experience to what interested us most. Along the way, she revealed lesser-known corners of Vienna and shared fascinating stories that brought the history to life. A perfect start to exploring the city.

It is full walking at a good pace for hours. Be fit and ready for the weather. There is a huge amount of information about the parts of the city, the Hapsburg individuals and the palace area.
