Fun Day Exploring the Whole Island

5.00We had a full day (6 hour) private tour of the island. The bus included drinks (sodas, water, and alcoholic beverages all included). Our guide was knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable. We got to visit stops that we might've missed if we were in a larger group or trying to explore on our own. It was a great way to see the whole island, including the French and Dutch side! Many of the stops included time to explore that location, with 45 minutes to play at the beach or a half hour to get lunch, for example. Highly recommend this experience. Our family thoroughly enjoyed it. Our party included children between 8-12 years old, adults, and elderly individuals.

2.00I wanted to express my sincere distain for our entire experience with your company. I booked a private tour over two months prior to arrival. We complied with the received instructions, and upon check the guy at the desk made a phone call said we had arrived, I heard him ask how long will it take you to get here, he then told me to take a seat and she would be here in a few minutes. Well 75 minutes later the driver showed up, not fluent in English, relaying on google translate to play information. This was done as she drove, not safe! I wouldn’t even call her a guy so much as a taxi driver. When we asked her questions she’d smile, nod and say yes, even if it wasn’t a yes or no question. She merely followed the other vans around, only thing private was the vehicle. She was very nice but said she was late because her boss didn’t tell her the day before we were coming. Planning two months out I have no idea how this happened. No way in good conscience I can recommend this to friends, it’s not remotely what we signed up for!

5.00We stopped at St Maarten on a cruise and used Presidential Tours as our excursion for the day. Angel took us around to all of the best places and made sure we got to see the planes fly over us on Maho Beach. His recommendation on food was great and he made sure to keep an eye on time to make sure we got back to our ship on time. St Maarten was our favorite stop on our cruise since the island has such a great vibe and amazing views. I highly recommend taking a private van tour with Presidential Tours!

5.00Excellent tour of the island( French and Dutch sides)! Eddie was our tour guide and he was 10/10 and is now considered family here on the island. We saw parts of the Island, Stopped for pictures, rum tasting and much more. Eddie also had a Surprise for us, the feeding of the Iguana's, which I stayed in the van. Definitely a great way to spend the day. Definitely recommend! On a personal note, can't wait Eddie to let us know when the wedding will be with him & Nelly! Ty Eddie for the memories, keep yo Swag!

3.00Dennis was our tour guide very knowledgeable and fun. All was well until the end of tour. He took us to Moho beach and insisted on dropping us off so he could pick up 8 ladies to transport somewhere else. I explained we were tired and wanted to get back to our ship. He said he would be right back. It was an hour and 15 minutes we were left there. The traffic getting back to ship was horrible it took another hour. We were nervous the whole time we were going to miss our ship. We did indeed make it back within less than 5 minutes before final boarding. It was incredibly stressful not knowing if we would make it on time. It was supposed to be our red carpet tour not to be left at a beach when the driver had to get different guests. Not truly our tour..
