The person who presented their ID on the reservation must necessarily go on the trip, if they do not show up, the trip will not take place.
Food and drinks are allowed on the trip.
Delay policy : The master of the ship will assess whether waiting is feasible without interrupting operations. The decision is at the sole discretion of the captain.
Do not assume that the trip will be cancelled due to weather conditions in your area.
If there is no improvement, we will act according to the weather protection selected by the customer during checkout.
In case of climatic problems:
Consequence of No-Show : Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in cancellation of the trip without refund, especially if the delay affects the duration, security or logistics.
Customers must arrive at the marina at the scheduled time, unless the company indicates otherwise.
Rainfall protocol on arrival:
Service start time: The duration of the service is counted from the booked time, not from the client's arrival time.
We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling on the day of travel, except in cases of bad weather.
We do not rely on weather forecasts.
We will wait until 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
Key recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid problems.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
We will provide you with a refrigerator with ice and water for your trip. Once on board, you can connect the Bluetooth to play your own music and decide with the captain what you would like to do. Options include touring the bay for sightseeing or simply stopping on an island to enjoy the water. Then, just relax on this beautiful boat. We always recommend that you bring your own alcoholic beverages and ready food. Some recommendations are sushi or cold foods. You can also choose to call a catering company to have everything shipped to our location before the start time. Please note that we work on a tight schedule, so the boat must set sail at the start time and charters must end at the scheduled time, unless an extension is allowed for an additional fee. The captain's fee is not included in the price and must be paid directly to the captain, preferably in cash. The selection process of captain signing the contract and Boating Safety ID (if needed) must be done before the trip via online

5.00My husband and I cruised with Captain Roland. He was a great choice! He was very experienced and chill with a Playlist that was a vibe! The fellas talked boating while I soaked up the sun. The sightseeing was so much fun coming up close to the celebrity homes and cruise ships! Definitely book a private tour with Captain Roland! The experience is so much better than a boat full of strangers!
