Children between 1-8 years (or heaver than 20 pounds) must be in in the back seat (some exceptions apply) and strapped into either: - A rear-facing car seat until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A front-facing car seat with a 5 point harness until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A booster seat if under 4 feet 9 inches and over the height/weight limit for a car seat - A regular seat belt in the back seat if taller than 4 feet 9 inches
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Glacier Point is usually closed during winter from November to April. Any of the tour highlights may be closed due to weather or construction. We will do our best to show alternative sites.
Infants from 0-1 years must be in the back seat strapped into a rear-facing car seat until they reach 20 pounds
Parents with small children must provide car seats and/or booster seats if necessary
Cancellation Policy

Great tour car offered was to small

5.00The tour itself was great our driver was outstanding and so knowledgeable of the park and park history. We really enjoyed all of his back stories. This was a private four person tour so it gave us flexibility to change destinations as we wanted. Our only issue was with miss communication from the tour operator about the size of the transportation. The night before we received a call that we were being moved into a Jeep. We had four large adults plus a driver that were going to be placed into a four door jeep for ten hours. That was a no go, they offered a similar size Chevy blazer equally as uncomfortable. After long discussions they finally offered to upgrade at our cost to a full sized Chevy Tahoe. They would not compromise on the additional cost and our options were to cancel or pay for the large vehicle. We were already in transit to the park so making new arrangements was not an option. We paid the difference and were glad we did as the space was needed. You are in the car for a long period. Bottom line the tour guide was great but the website is not clear on the cars and sizes. So check your people size and space needed when booking.
Yosemite Highlights with the AMAZING Laura!

5.00We did a full day Yosemite Park trip with the amazing tour guide Laura! She picked us up promptly at our lodge and had waters for the ride. Laura showed us many highlights of the park, including Glacier Point, Tunnel View, Half Dome, Bridveil Falls, Sequoia Trees (the Grizzle Giant was amazing). We took a break river side for a beautiful picnic lunch at Wawona village. The kids enjoyed exploring the building & meeting Buckshot! Laura was an amazing driver - pointing out every sight with plenty of interesting stories that appealed to the entire family. She took a ton of photos for us - too many Christmas card photos to choose from lol. I highly recommend this tour to a family with kids under 12 - specifically with Laura as your tour guide. We were able to see all of the highlights of Yosemite & learned so much. Thank you Laura for providing us with memories to last a lifetime.
It was important to know the place and history. The Sequoias are trees incredible.

5.00Great guide. Plenty of cold drinks, park facts, and flexible attitude. Order of events was great. Highly recommend the early start to avoid crowds and beat the heat.

5.00Amanda was a great guide and very knowledgeable about Yosemite. Also, very flexible with our my family’s requests. One negative which was not our guide’s fault. We were asked about dietary restrictions for lunch. My wife and daughter are gluten free. Spoke to a rep and he said gluten free sandwiches were no problem along with no condiments on the sandwiches. Unfortunately, all the sandwiches were with regular bread and had condiments on them. It was a but disappointing to what was otherwise a great day, but for the price the tour company should get it right. Luckily, we had some snacks to augment a partial lunch. No fault of our guide. She was wonderful.
