Our guide Judy was a star! Really good service, and very accommodating! When my 5 year old daughter wanted to go to a cat cafe she arranged everything on the spot. I would highly recommend her!

We had a nice tour! Although we picked so much fruit we cannot eat ourselves it was fun. The boattrip was a little short but it's a small Village. We wish it was longer. Our guide Mary speaks English very well! We also bought an oyster in the Village wich the woman of the shop openened and get the pearls out. That was for the kids highlight of the day!!

This tour appeared to go badly when I got myself muddled and booked it for the following day - when I would have left China! - instead of trying to be joined into an activity on the day of booking. The woman to whom I spoke on the phone - Alana? - could not have been more patient with my stupidity and magically summoned up a guide and driver to collect me within about 30 minutes of my very garbled and frantic phone call. Snow, my guide, was charming company, well-informed about matters relevant to what we were seeing but with excellent English, so able to speak with me about other interesting features of everyday life in China, our smiling driver conveyed that my safety was in good hands and - along with the beautiful traditional garden in Zhujiajiao - the other highlight was the very friendly manageress of the farm we visited, who generously let me eat so many of her loquats! With Alana too, I thank you for leaving me with such good memories: what we saw was interesting, but what was really memorable and engaging was speaking with Alana and meeting and spending time with the three of you. Along with other experiences of lovely Chinese people, your kindness and friendliness will be what I will remember. I warmly recommend this company and this tour.

Alana and driver picked us up at 9.30 sharp at our hotel. So nice to travel to the old river town in a comfortable car. Stopped along the way at a farm to pick fruit and feed the animals. Lunch in an authentic restaurant followed by a canal cruise and walk through the old gardens. All food and drinks included. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a great tour guide, Berlin. She came with a privat driver and showed us a farm where we picked different kinds of fruits and we also fed some animals. After this we went to the watertown. She showed us around, we took the boat, had lunch and looked around some local shops. We highly recomand this trip! It was great:)

This is a beautiful tour if you've got kids and wanna have a beautiful time exploring Shanghai without the kids being grumpy. We were picked up at 9:30 am exactly by the wonderful Jane (who spoke English very well) in a nice van. She explained the itenary and asked if we had any comments or would like to make any changes before proceeding. She took us to a farm where the kids fed goats leaves and then the kids picked up melons from the same farm. She then recommended that we have lunch before exploring the city and the restaurant she took us to was clean with plenty of choices. The city itself (sorry but I don't recall the spelling) is so beautiful and we had fun exploring it with Jane. The highlight was riding in the gondola, which was so beautiful and the canals were breathtaking. The thing I liked about this tour is the fact that it catered to both kids and adults. Jane is well organized, attentive and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and more, kept us hydrated all the time and we didn't feel the time with her. Thanks Jane

It was a wonderful trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and had a great time. Everything was planned out wonderfully and we are going to go back with a lifetime of memories. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the place and the small pieces of information she gave us were very appreciated. She was very friendly and very easy to get along with, especially for our 3 year old daughter who had a great time because she ensured that she was comfortable the entire time. Thanks a lot for this great day trip!

Berlin is a very nice and knowledgeable guide. She explained things such as the history to us clearly. She can converse well in English. I would certainly recommend my friends to join this tour if they are in Shanghai.
