5.00This was a solo trip and allowed me to spend time as I wanted in Prizren. I enjoyed the castle and jaunt around town. Berg was a fantastic host who wants to share his history and culture with others.

5.00What a good day tour this was to Prizren! We really enjoyed the beautiful city and the whole experience was top notch. A particular plus were the guides, who were really attentive and friendly. They made us feel comfortable and gave interesting information about the history and culture of Prizren. They were always willing to answer questions. Thanks to their professionalism, the tour was a success. In short, an absolute must for anyone who wants to discover Prizren!
Disappointing and poor Viator customer service

2.00The tour was disappointing and needs to be better described. We, as the only 2 people on the tour, were picked up 50 minutes late and the car was dirty inside and outside. The driver said it was a rental car. The tour description stated a “free gift souvenir” but there was no gift. The only bottled water was with lunch as no other water was provided. Lunch was described as grilled chicken & meatball, but it was only 5 small meatballs with chopped lettuce/carrot, with bread, plus a bottle of water, but no chicken. The only way to visit Kalaja Fortress was by a 20 minutes’ strenuous walk up a very steep stone cobble track (no vehicle access) without any handrails, and the stones slippery when wet. The description should make it clear that it is a very steep and uneven walk, slippery in the wet as some people may find this far too strenuous. We made a complaint, but this was very quickly dismissed without explanation, poor Viator customer service.

5.00Absolutely amazing. Our guide Florian was friendly, gregarious, calm, and grounded. We enjoyed talking with him. The route to Kosovo was so majestic with stunning panorama and mountain views. We almost didn’t go because we had 12-14 hour daytrips the previous two days. We are so glad that we did it. We feel that it was the highlight of our Balkan countries tour.

5.00Florian took great care of us. There were only two of is on the trip. The drive to Prizren was very beautiful as was Prizren old town. Just a lovely place to wander around. Amazing views from the castle.

5.00I highly recommend this tour. My tour guide, Bergi, is the perfect combination of professional and personable. His passion for Albania and extensive knowledge of its history is inspiring. He’s a great conversationalist and I learned a lot from him. Besides covering many interesting sites and landmarks, his Albanian cuisine suggestions were spot on. This was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had.
