NOTE: This service is available for Panama City Downtown locations only. NOT available for Playa Bonita, Gamboa Resorts nor Cruise Terminals - During the booking process, please provide us with your flight information so we can track it and get to know any delays about it. - Start time is based on your arrival time - After clearing customs, meet our driver inside the terminal, next to the tourist information desk. - You will identify our driver because he or she will hold a sign within your name. - The transfer to the city is about 30 minutes. - Clean, insured vehicles and professional drivers. - Traffic is expected between 6 am and 9 am during the week. - Available from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm at the offered rate. Late-night or early-morning reservations will be subject to an additional 25% IMPORTANT: If you are bringing extra luggage (more than 1 suitcase + 1 carry-on per person) or traveling with special baggage (like golf bags, surfboards, fishing gear, etc) please let us know in advance. Please take into consideration that our cars are standard-sized since a bigger vehicle is required, additional fees may apply.

1.00I booked a round trip airport experience, only to be told less than 24 hours they wanted to charge extra. This caused me to have to cancel while traveling international and identify other options. Then they only provided me with 1/3 of what I paid in lieu of the 50% for the half that did not occur. It was awful.

3.00Sometimes the cars or Vans they use are a little outdated. The driver of the van was very good on navigating the roads but the equipment they used kind of had a bad smell. I know it's Central America and a lot of people smoke but their residue smoke smell in the van what was kind of overwhelming
