Transfer is available 24/7. There is an after hour surcharge of 15% extra for any flight landing time between 12am-6am. Please give the extra payment to your driver at the time of pickup

What To Expect
Start or end your stay in Shanghai efficiently and easily with this private airport transfer. When your plane lands at Pudong International Airport, simply collect your baggage and greet your courteous driver in the arrivals lounge. Our driver will hold the sign with your name and be waiting for you at the exit of arrival hall pudong airport, Relax during the journey to or from your accommodation in a private vehicle. When you book, enter your full name for name plate, flight number and date, hotel address. depature time for return transfer from hotel to airport. Please note that your driver are chinese speaking, we make sure he know where to take you to. . Usually it's an one hour drive between the Pudong Int'l Airport to downtown hotel ( the actual time varis on the traffic, so please make sure to leave enough time for departure flight) . For any question or requests , you can contact the local operator for assistance by email, whatsapp, imessage, wechat or phonecal by either your own cell phone or using the driver's mobile phone.

5.00Due to the so many passengers arriving at the same time, delay in clearing immigration and custom is unavoidable. Driver still waited for us even after almost 2 hours from our scheduled pick up time.

5.00Quick and easy to book on TripAdvisor Quick and easy to pick up at the airport and get to the address indicated at the reservation. About 60 groin € I kept the same driver for the next day (cash payment only in this case) but it is also convenient when you have your working day well scheduled. Organizer (his name was Tom) speaks perfect English so check if everything ok after booking is convenient. The driver was fine, careful driving with vehicle type MPV, clean. I recommend rather than clutter with local taxis not often clean and borderline security.

5.00Tom provided two flawless trips for me during my business trip to Shanghai. First, he picked me up at the Hongqiao train station, where he came inside to find me when I couldn't find my way out. Second, he drove me to PVG for my outgoing flight. In both instances, he communicated clearly, was on time and provided a flawless ride. I will definitely be booking him every time I come to Shanghai.

5.00Tom's great communication and the excellent service we received made sure my first trip to mainland China kicked off smoothly. After a long flight it takes the stress out of travel to be able to easily locate transport and get where you need to. Tom went beyond the original scope of the task also dropping off a colleague at a nearby location and accommodating our slightly delayed flight.

5.00I literally booked an airport pickup while boarding my flight. Tom responded immediately, answered all my questions quickly, and the whole thing took less than 10 minutes. I missed seeing the driver when I got out of customs, dialed up Tom on WeChat and he directed the driver to me. The car was nice and the driver was terrific and helped with the bags. Would use again without hesitation. Yes, a little more than a taxi but not that much for such great service and peace of mind.

5.00You cant ask for more, we arrived the driver was holding a sign of my name and took me to the location where I was suppose to be. The guy was nice, gave me a few tips on where to go and etc. Didnt have to worry about a taxi or getting ripped off

5.00We used Tom's for transportation for 10 people from the airport to our hotel (near Yu Garden) and from the hotel to the train station. His driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. One of the children left her passport and purse on the bus after we arrived at the hotel. We contacted Tom in a panic and he promptly contacted his driver. When the driver check and found the purse, he promptly returned to us. We really appreciated the service! Note: contacting him through WeChat worked really well for us. We would highly recommend him and would use him again.
