5.00Enjoyable tour, relaxed atmosphere and of course the monkeys are so cute and just make you happy. The amount of time with the monkeys feels like a good amount. Enma tours, Ivo and Emanuel were easy to communicate with, quick to respond. Comfortable van. Emanuel was our driver and a great guy. Good experience all the way around.

5.00The highlight of our cruise was our private escorted tour with Ivo Paul with Enma Tours. He was a safe driver with indepth knowledge, well spoken, appropriately dressed and very professional. We have already started planning to bring our grandsons. Not only did Ivo provide us a wonderful experience, he also took some pics, gave us an interesting educational overview in of the area, and checked on us after returning from our cruise. I cannot stress how much better it is to have a private tour with Enma & Ivo tours enmatours.com and much less expensive. These local tour guides know the cruise ship schedule and the pier guidelines better than you. They are reliable and exceptional. This particular monkey sanctuary also has an array of other animals, an amazing lady making the hot chocolate and coffee the old fashioned way, a sweet little treat shop with jewelry and other knock knacks. I highly recommend the chocolate balls and other local candies!!! Spend the day here if you can. It's just wonderful. Thanks to Ivo for an amazing port call excursion.

5.00My husband & I were on a cruise, at Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic & booked a tour with Enma Tours through Viatour (not through the cruise ship). Booking the tour was very easy & we had more flexibility to select exactly what we wanted. Enmanuel (1-809-669-0097) was our driver and he was just delightful. It ended up being just my husband & I. He was very informative, so friendly, didn’t rush us, made us feel safe & exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend if in Puerto Plata, DR, to book through Enma Tours. Safe & reliable!

5.00We would never do a cruise excursion again. Our tour guide and driver was very safe, considerate, and informative. The tour of the Monkey Home was beyond excellent with fun and friendly employees at each part. Ivo Paul provided us with pictures that he graciously took and shared which were much appreciated. Not only are the tours outside of the cruise ship much less expensive but you get a personal experience with less crowds, a private transport and a designer experience. We liked Ivo so much that we are already planning to book again soon to bring our grandsons. The quick tour of the city was exactly what we requested. Ivo can be found at the taxi stand at the port exit. My husband and I highly recommend this tour and especially this guide/driver - clean vehicle, cold water, and a smile the entire time. Just an amazing representative of DR and the people!! We will be back and he is one of the reasons!!!
