5.00The service was professional, timely, and reliable. The company sends you a confirmation text with the driver’s name and photo. The fleet of top-rated vehicles adds to the overall amazing experience you expect as the return on your investment. I would book with this company again. As a side note, be sure to ask if there is an after hours fee. I found that out after I booked my airport transfer. The additional fee was not a problem. However, I wish I had known about it before booking.

5.00Jairo was excellent at communicating with us as we landed! It was very late and he made everything super easy. I highly recommend him and how he navigated the streets of old San Juan. It wasn’t easy for him to deliver us to the hotel with surprise road closures. He communicated with the hotel to get us a personal escort beyond where he could drive. Certainly appreciated by two females traveling together. I don’t think the vehicle was what I signed up for but I couldn’t care less. It was a very clean minivan and fit our large 4 pieces of luggage in the back. And it was private not a shared ride, so no worries there.

3.00Traveled in Feb 2022. I booked this service because I wanted an Escalade. I did not get an Escalade. I got a Navigator. Not the same. False advertisement and I did not get what I paid for. However, the actual service was good.
