Really fantastic way to spend a half day immersed in Dominican and Taino culture, history, food and drink. Our guide Tchaikovski was excellent and patient and was even able to accommodate a customized tour (we had a reservation already back at our hotel for dinner so needed to shorten our time to 3 hours). We didn’t have time to do the immersive Yuca dinner but it seemed super cool

Very informative. We learned so much more than what is taught in American schools. I learned alot from each category to pass on to family and friends. Will definitely try to cook plantains. Thank you Eduardo.
