What To Expect
When you make your reservation, we receive notification of your details and begin to prepare your transfer. The day before your arrival, we will contact you to confirm the details of the service and the name of your assigned representative. Upon your arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), either at Terminal A or B, one of our staff will be waiting for you, easily identifiable by his uniform and a folder with our logo, containing your printed reservation and your name clearly visible. Our driver will assist you and take you directly to your accommodation or destination in Uvero Alto, ensuring a comfortable, safe and efficient transfer.

5.00We were a group of friends and wanted something uncomplicated. Honestly, we were happy. The driver was respectful, didn’t talk too much and you could tell he was used to dealing with tourists. The van was cold, clean and smelling good. The trip was quiet and we felt safe all the time

5.00We paid for the round trip transfer and both times they delivered exactly as they said. The two drivers were friendly, arrived early and helped with the bags. On the return I was especially grateful for the punctuality because it is always scary to be late to the airport. All very organized

5.00Our flight arrived quite late and we thought there would be no one, but to our surprise the driver was there waiting for us in a good face, without complaining about the delay. That says a lot. We went upstairs, turned on the air and started. The road was smooth, with nothing to bother. Very good experience to start the journey

5.00At first I thought booking online would complicate me, but it was the opposite. They wrote to me earlier to confirm, sent me the driver's info and you're done. When we left the airport he was already there, he greeted us and helped us with everything. The van looked neat, smelling pleasant, and the air at good temperature. 5.00I was traveling with my two young children and I was already mentalized for stress, but surprisingly the transfer was super bearable. The driver was very friendly, even made a quick stop because my youngest needed to go to the bathroom. Those kinds of details are greatly appreciated when traveling with children. They're comfy, air working fine, and he was driving calmly. We arrive in La Romana without any drama

From the beginning I received good communication: confirmation of service, name of driver and exact meeting point. When we arrived, he was waiting for us. He helped my dad get up and settle down and drove slowly the whole way. My parents felt calm and so did I. It was a simple trip, comfortable and without any complications

5.00Honestly, the transfer went better than we expected. As soon as we left the airport we saw the driver with our name and that took a heavy toll because we were tired of the flight. The van was fresh, clean and without weird smells, something I value very much. The driver helped us accommodate the bags, turned on the air immediately and the road to La Romana was super quiet. No throttle, no loud music, nothing awkward. You could tell he knew the route well. It was a relaxed journey from start to finish
