On this tour you will be the driver of an quad / ATV and this will probably be the best way to feel and experience this part of São Miguel Island.

This tour will take you to the highest points of the mountains that surround Sete Cidades Volcano.

The itinerary is On and Offroad and you will have the opportunity to visit some of the trails that are part of the Azores Airlines Rallye.

If the weather is good, you can count on awesome views to the lakes and the ocean. This will make you feel as you are on the top of the world.

This parish located on the north coast of São Miguel island is where we start and end the tour. After starting our tour on paved roads, we will ride along the seafront of and explore dirt roads in this area.

Filipe took us to Sete Cidades. We had a very scenic ride up and down steep roads and trails. The scenery was breathtaking! He was very friendly and informative. I recommend this tour to adventurers who like scenery!

The quads were fun to ride with amazing views. We had a small group so we were able to drive pretty fast. The weather was a bit cloudy and rained a bit at certain locations but did not deter from the experience at all.

My husband and I just did the tour with Philipe. He took us through winding country scenic roads and up and around the crater lake of sete cidades with amazing views. We had several stops along the way to take photos and enjoy the scenery. We would highly recommend this tour. Philipe is very welcoming and pays attention to us while on the quads. Felt safe and had a blast touring the countryside!!

The guide was really great and tried very hard despite cold wet weather. A lot of interesting stories were told and stopped at a beautiful vantage point. If you don't think you can take a quad bike, you can take a buggy. We would even do it again to have vllt in better weather more of the view. Great value with a sympathetic guide.
