Old Quebec
As the only fortified city in North America, Quebec City has a history of more than 400 years. We will discover Quebec City from many different angles such as politics, military, history, heritage, architecture and so much more. In old Quebec City, we will explore the Petit Champlain, a neighborhood in Quebec City. In fact, it is the oldest district in North America with famous attractions such as Rue du Petit Champlain mural and Breakneck Stairs. Particularly, the Cathedral-Basilica of Notre-Dame de Québec is known as the oldest church in the Americas. Its long history and close relation with the New France makes it one of the most important national historic site for all of Canada. In addition, Château Frontenac was designed by American architect Bruce Price. It is constructed under the requirement of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company (CPR) and accounts for one of the series castle-style hotel buildings and so much more to see.

I’ve just come back from this day-trip tour. It was an excellent experience. The drive was save and relaxed. I liked that there were enough stops as well. Our guide Jacques did a wonderful job explaining the itinerary, sharing his knowledge, and looking after all passengers in general. Everything was well organized with list and guest counting and he would also check with people by phone. He was also so kind to take photos of us guests whenever possible. I am thoroughly happy and will gladly recommend wonder travels to my friends.

We had the tour with jack. This tour besides having a very reasonable price has other advantages. Not only, you get to see famous spots in Quebec city and Montmorency but also you will get to have 4 hours for yourself in Quebec City. It also worth mentioning that the tour leader is such a nice and friendly person who will explain the history of these iconic places. Definitely worth it.

Jack was an amazing tour guide and we had so much fun! Very knowledgeable about all the different sights! Highly recommend! Just a suggestion: it’d be nice to have an itemized list of additional costs for the excursions while booking so we know how much cash to bring.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. The guide was difficult to understand and consistently unprofessional. What stood out most was the repeated pressure to pay an extra “service fee” before the tour started and throughout the tour, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. Basic concerns, like adjusting the overly loud microphone, were ignored despite multiple requests.

We had an amazing tour with Jack as our guide to Quebec City and Montmorency Falls. He was incredibly helpful, always willing and able to answer any questions. He was patient and gave very clear instructions, plus he offered great advice on where to find souvenirs and good restaurants. Jose, our driver, was also fantastic—so kind and sweet—so the trip never felt long. I also really appreciated all the historical info Jack shared about Quebec. Highly recommend!
