• Amazing Middle of the world tour combined with Urban cycling in Quito

  We have had the best day . Catolina who helped arrange the day could not have been more accommodating or helpful . We had booked on the cycle tour before we arrived but then added on the Middle of the world tour at very last minute . Pepe our guide all day was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what he was showing us . He knew history, nature and when we asked a question about cost of land he even stopped at the road side to pick up a leaflet from ladies who were trying to sell land ! The views at volcano were amazing . Museum fascinating . After a great lunch we were kitted out with bikes and even had some warm up exercises . We were joined by Ivor who bought up the rear . The visit to the market and tasting various fruit was a highlight as well as the chocolate tasting with Ivor . What he does not know about chocolate is not worth knowing . You felt safe as lots of cycle routes along with Pepe and Ivor watching your backs . Great to soak up some of the atmosphere and culture of this city on this holiday weekend .   Catalina is a great guide! she really goes above and beyond. She helped us out when there were protests blocking the streets, gives an awesome cooking class, and has a ton of excellent contacts/knowledge about Ecuador. If you ask, she can usually find a way for you to get the experience/activity you’re looking for. Highly, highly recommend!

  I donot know where to start to thank Catalina and the whole team. I got to Catalina from recommendations on Facebook and from the first second I realized that I won. We traveled with her for almost a week, every day to a different place like, Benios, Mindos, Kotopexy and more. Beyond the professionalism and stunning experience we had, to the infinity of recommendations and ideas, we discovered an amazing woman and team, who accompanied us closely and even in two challenging day in the hospita and didnt leave us for a moment. We also closed with her cruise to Galapagos which was amazing. Highly recommend!!!! There is no doubt that thanks to her our experience was much more amazing.   I can heartily recommend a tour with Catalina! The tour is well organized. There is nice contact with the local population. Catalina has a lot of knowledge about Ecuador and conveys this in a nice way. For a family with children, this is perfect as Cataline offers options to suit them. In a word: great.

  Exploring Quito with Catalina was a five star experience. She is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Quito and Ecuador in general, and provided me with a fascinating and comprehensive walking tour. I had a few ideas as to things I wanted to see and she took me to those places, (during the pandemic some were not operating to the public). But she knows pretty much everyone and so we were able to get in to some places just because of her guide relationship with certain businesses. I would totally recommend Catalina in any capacity! I felt safe 100% of the time and I would have been lost without her.
