My wife and I have done quite a few cooking classes and this one tops the charts with uniqueness, simplicity, off-the-charts flavors, and interaction. One of the best parts of this class is you will prepare ALL the ingredients yourself meaning, peel, slice, dice, mix, etc. and in addition flavor your individual dishes (zaalouk, chicken tagine, and mahlabia) to your preference / liking (I added extra chili power and cumin to the zaalouk for a little extra kick). The class is well paced and as you are doing every aspect of the meal preparation you will see how easy or difficult something is to do (our classmate butchered his tomato trying to peel it). Highly recommend you come on an empty stomach because it's a lot of food. This is a must-do in Rabat.

Very well clear explanations and a magnificent kindness reprimanding anyone who wants to cook a Moroccan dish. Exquisite. Sara a great translator and Najet an excellent chef. I really liked their know-how and the kindness with which they have treated us.

Such a special experience. Everything felt effortless but intentional, from the teaching to the ingredients. Malak and Najat were both so warm and made everything feel easy and natural. Learned so much without it feeling overwhelming, and the food was unreal. Honestly one of those things that just makes you appreciate slowing down and being present. Would 100% do it again.

Hanane and Loubna, the chefs were excellent. They assisted everyone in our family to prepare a delicious meal. Our girls ages 7, 9, and 12 had a blast and ate all the food they made. Malak translated providing easy to follow instructions. We were so pleased by the outcome and left with full bellies.

A great morning spent with Chef Hanane and Translator Zineb teaching us how to cook traditional beef tagine with dates. 3 hours in the well equipped kitchen flew by and was very enjoyable. Highly recommend this!

I really loved the experience and I highly recommend it! I got this as a surprise gift for my boyfriend and I am really pleased with it. We have a lovely translator that made our experience effortless and chef Hanane was clear, professionnel and easy to follow. We couldn't finish the food at the end as the portions are very generous. Thanks again
