What To Expect
At the scheduled time, the team will receive you and deliver all the necessary equipment. In the facilities we have dressing rooms and lockers where you can leave your clothes dry and belongings. Once you have equipped, we head to the transport to move to the river. Arriving at the river bank we will do a complete instructional talk including all the safety measures as well as the different rowing instructions that we will use during the rafting. Come on! After a few minutes of practice on the banks of the river we are ready to begin the descent of about 1 hour along the Maipo River. Transportation will be waiting for you at the end of the descent to transfer you back to the agency. Total duration of the activity is 21⁄2 hours.

5.00Wonderful experience. Our guide, Gerardo, was a ton of fun. We got amazing photos and videos. Would highly recommend. We had the chance to jump in and hit a lot of class three rapids.

5.00Rutavertical team was very good at explaining how to do this activity safely and along with what we should do in case we end up running into some sort of trouble. Their facility is great and equipment is excellent. Their time management was top notch. Our guide Juan Carlos was fantastic throughout the activity and had a great sense of humor. He was comfortable with english speaking participants and that was very important to be able to understand the instructions. We did this tour as a family and everyone had a great time. Keep up the great work team Rutavertical!
