  Private tour totally custom to our small party of 2- my elderly mom and I whose wanderlust is highly intact. Drivers showed up a bit early so we were able to get out about 5 mins early and dust need to wait for them. Clean, cool van with driver that stayed in the car so the car was protected and was also cool when we returned. Our guide Rafael was soooo sweet, thoughtful, very professional, understanding and patient. He even found a walking stick for her and it worked well for the 3/4 day excursion. Waterfall (not pictured), 2 bridges, sloth and swung by a local market for honey. Traditional lunch also good- in a clean, open air room with clean restrooms. I would absolutely recommend Aron-Big Papi for a true taste of what the locals offer and the persistent sense of safety.   We did a private tour with our family with 3 children aged 4 months to 6 years old and 6 adults. The tour guide and driver were amazing and very helpful in adjusting the tour for our needs with a baby. We were able to easily access the waterfall and did the rainforest walk with all kids in tow. We did bring our stroller which was helpful for lunch and a carrier which we used in the rainforest. We did bring a portable fan for the baby and he was comfortable all day. Lunch was amazing! And the nature walk had a very educated guide who spotted us many animals! We saw sloths, toucans, snakes, frogs (including a poison dart frog) and all sorts of native fauna. We enjoyed our day with the operator so much that we ended up booking 2 other excursions with them during our stay.

  We book our tour directly with Aaron at Planet Hollywood and the price was extremely competitive. The tour was fantastic, our guide Sergio and driver Ely were very helpful and did everything to make our experience special . We swam in the waterfall, went to visit coffee and cocoa plantation, ate at the local restaurant and went to the rainforest where we saw sloths and other animals like snakes and frogs.   We had the most amazing experience with Big Papi! We first went on the jet skis and saw the most beautiful caves with two super friendly tour guides. On our last day, Papi was able to schedule a half day tour for us upon request!! He went out of his way to find a driver and make it happen for us. Our driver was a very knowledgeable man and we learned so much about the country. He also bought us local food on his own accord. I highly recommend booking your excursions through Big Papi, they are the best!

  This tour company was excellent! Javier our tour guide Great! He went out of his way to make our day awesome ! The young guy , I think his name was Diago he went w us through the jungle to see the animals. Both guys were soo nice and we felt comfortable right away with them. Highly recommend this company 😊 Costa Rica is one of our new vacation spots ❣️

  We had a wonderful trip with Humberto and Ellie. They drove us to the waterfalls to zip lining. We stopped and had souvenirs and also went to a wonderful local restaurant for amazing food. Humberto is full of knowledge is a great man and a great tour guide. Also, Humberto is a local legend as he is a bull rider. Humberto was nice enough to show us everything that Costa Rica has the offer in one day. He was kind and my family loved the experience. His knowledge made our day spectacular. We will definitely do this again. Our nature tour we saw green toads, poisonous snakes, sloths two cons and also numerous wildlife flowers. An amazing day. We will do it again.
