What To Expect
We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. Making noodles • Knead the flour • Roll out the dough • Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles • Boil the noodles • Drain the water from the noodles Chicken Garnish • Use a string to tie the chicken meat • Scatter the condiment and cook it • Slice the chicken to the length you want • We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup • We offer many types of broths so you can blend with each other • Different kinds of sauces to choose Finishing • Put the boiled noodles into the soup • Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

5.00Ended up having a private session and it was the best cooking class we have ever done. Ramen was SO GOOD! And surprisingly so easy! Staff are so friendly and helpful. 100% recommend anyone visiting the area to try it out, we loved it!!

5.00The ramen factory was an incredible experience, and Hero was a fantastic teacher. Super welcoming and did a great job explaining the ramen making process. She made sure to take pictures and videos of me and my wife during it, and the ramen came out to be the best we had in Japan. Even better since we made it ourselves!

5.00Kasey was such a fantastic tour guide to the Kasugataisha Shinto shrine and Buddhist Temple complex. He was very knowledgeable and engaging with a warm personality. He made this experience memorable with stories and antidotes. This tour offered the opportunity to see amazing World Heritage sites! I highly recommend it!

5.00One of the best meals of the trip and we made it ourselves from scratch with the guidance of our skilled chef teacher Akemi! We had so much fun learning about each step in detail and then actually doing everything ourselves. This was all hands on in the best way. If you like ramen, you will not be disappointed. What we made was very authentic and delicious. Akemi and her apprentice were warm, engaging and great teachers. Highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Kyoto!
