What To Expect

We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. Making noodles • Knead the flour • Roll out the dough • Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles • Boil the noodles • Drain the water from the noodles Chicken Garnish • Use a string to tie the chicken meat • Scatter the condiment and cook it • Slice the chicken to the length you want • We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup • We offer many types of broths so you can blend with each other • Different kinds of sauces to choose Finishing • Put the boiled noodles into the soup • Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

Mahiro and the rest of the team were Very helpful from explaining the process to helping us create the Ramen. I would highly recommend to all ages. We were 26-81 years young in our group of 4 today!

Highly recommend! Our guide, Reika, was so sweet and helpful, and the ramen was absolutely delicious! There’s also a lot of ways to customize your bowl into exactly what you want. We also got some fun souvenirs to take home included in the price of the experience! We got a tad turned around trying to find the entrance, but we saw a sign that led us down some stairs and right to the door!

We had such a fantastic time at the Ramen Factory Kyoto! Our host, Haruka, was absolutely wonderful, incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience fun and easy to follow. We also lucked out and were the only guests that day (usually they are sold out), which made it feel like a true VIP experience. The class itself was a blast from start to finish. It’s very hands-on, kid-friendly, and perfect for anyone looking to do something unique and memorable in Kyoto. We learned so much, laughed a ton, and of course, enjoyed some delicious ramen we made ourselves. Highly recommend this experience to families, couples, or anyone wanting a fun and authentic activity in Kyoto!
