What To Expect
We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. Making noodles • Knead the flour • Roll out the dough • Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles • Boil the noodles • Drain the water from the noodles Chicken Garnish • Use a string to tie the chicken meat • Scatter the condiment and cook it • Slice the chicken to the length you want • We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup • We offer many types of broths so you can blend with each other • Different kinds of sauces to choose Finishing • Put the boiled noodles into the soup • Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

5.00We had such a wonderful experience at the Ramen Factory! We happened to be the only group that day, and the staff made us feel incredibly special and welcomed. Mahiro was fantastic—so friendly, patient, and great at guiding us through the entire process. The ramen we made was delicious, and it was such a fun and unique experience to learn how to make it from scratch. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone visiting Kyoto!

5.00My friends and I took a ramen-making class in Kyoto, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, it was hands-on, engaging, and surprisingly approachable, even for beginners. The instructor walked us through every step from preparing the broth to kneading and cutting the noodles. You could tell they cared about the craft and wanted everyone to leave feeling confident (and very full). And the ramen? There’s something different about eating a bowl you made yourself, especially when it turns out that good. Rich broth, perfect noodles, and all the toppings we could want. If you’re visiting Kyoto and want something interactive (and delicious), I’d highly recommend adding a ramen class to your plans. We had such a great time. Thank you Karine and Makihiro!
