What To Expect
We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. Making noodles • Knead the flour • Roll out the dough • Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles • Boil the noodles • Drain the water from the noodles Chicken Garnish • Use a string to tie the chicken meat • Scatter the condiment and cook it • Slice the chicken to the length you want • We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup • We offer many types of broths so you can blend with each other • Different kinds of sauces to choose Finishing • Put the boiled noodles into the soup • Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

5.00The Ramen Factory in Kyoto was one of the best experiences of our trip. It was completely hands-on, and we got to make our own ramen from start to finish. The staff were friendly and made the process easy and fun. Eating the ramen we made ourselves was especially rewarding, and it tasted amazing. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Kyoto!

5.00I had a great time with the staff at the ramen factory. They show you how to make ramen from beginning to end including making your own noodles. You get to craft your ramen your way and then eat it at the end. I really enjoyed this experience and saved me from having to figure out what to have for lunch.
