What To Expect
We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. Making noodles • Knead the flour • Roll out the dough • Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles • Boil the noodles • Drain the water from the noodles Chicken Garnish • Use a string to tie the chicken meat • Scatter the condiment and cook it • Slice the chicken to the length you want • We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup • We offer many types of broths so you can blend with each other • Different kinds of sauces to choose Finishing • Put the boiled noodles into the soup • Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

5.00Amazing and heaps of fun! Being from Hawaii, we are a little skeptical of “tourist” activities. But this was one we were so glad we were able to experience. Staff was amazing and energetic. I believe our class size was 18 (maybe two couples and three families) but the staff make you feel like it’s a private class just for you. Well worth the money and we’d recommend it for anyone visiting Kyoto.

5.00Didn’t know what to expect but I enjoyed this experience very much and was one of our favourite activities on our trip! We missed our reservation the first day and the staff was kind enough to let us have a second day. Must do if you’re around - the ramen in the end was very delicious!
