What To Expect
We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. Making noodles • Knead the flour • Roll out the dough • Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles • Boil the noodles • Drain the water from the noodles Chicken Garnish • Use a string to tie the chicken meat • Scatter the condiment and cook it • Slice the chicken to the length you want • We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup • We offer many types of broths so you can blend with each other • Different kinds of sauces to choose Finishing • Put the boiled noodles into the soup • Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

5.00If you are a lover of ramen, do not miss this class! The Ramen Factory was one of the most entertaining experiences we booked in Kyoto. Mahiro was an excellent demonstrator, with a great sense of humour and knowledge of ramen. He helped us make delicious ramen and fun memories. I would 100% recommend this tour and would love to book another experience with Mahiro again!

5.00WOW-we had the best education and experience ever learning how to make the best ramen from scratch. My family and I enjoyed every part of it and the staff was so very friendly and supportive as well. If you have any interest in learning how to cook from scratch as well as a fun family experience this is wonderful! I highly recommend for a fun family time and you get to watch your RAMEN at the end so we planned it during dinner time.

5.00We were lucky to be the only 2 people in the class for the afternoon time slot we booked. It was a very easy and simple process to make Ramen from scratch! They also provided the very simple recipe for further ramen use at home. Really fun and involved experience I couldn't recommend more.
