What To Expect
Cusipata
Red Valley: Our adventure starts at 3:30a.m with a pickup in your hotel in Cusco. 6:30 a.m. Breakfast in Cusipata. Enjoy a hearty Andean breakfast to fuel up for the adventure ahead. 7:30a.m Arrival at ATV Base Camp. After a scenic drive of 1 hour and 20 minutes from Cusipata, we reach our ATV base near Red Valley. You'll receive safety instructions, a helmet and a short driving ATV Route – 30 minutes of pure adrenaline through Red Valley. This is the exclusive way to reach Rainbow Mountain.
Rainbow Mountain Peru
Rainbow mountain: Ride your own ATV through the striking red landscapes of the Andes. Cross rivers, high plains and colourful mineral-rich formations that look like they’re straight out of Mars. Hike to Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca): From the Red Valley viewpoint, we begin a moderate 40-minute hike up to Rainbow Mountain. This route is shorter and far less crowded than the traditional Pampachiri trail. 9:30 a.m arrival at the Summit at 5,100 meters above sea level. You’ll spend around 1 hour at the top to enjoy the stunning colours, panoramic views and the powerful energy of this sacred mountain. Return Journey: We hike back to the ATV zone, ride back to the base, and drive to Cusipata. 13:30 hrs buffet lunch and at 16:00 hrs we will arrival back in Cusco.

5.00Was fun expierence with the ATVs and it allows you to limit the elevation you have to climb towards rainbow mountain. Bruce (guide) is also checking how you are doing with the altitude sickness In general it is best to be a few days in Cusco before attempting

5.00The experience was amazing. The guides Eddie and Edgar came to us at the right time and made sure the visit was enjoyable. Some of the tour companions felt bad about the height and were able to accompany them. I highly recommend climbing the mountain with four cycles and then, the bikes. This allows you to enjoy the view without feeling exhausted and with few tourists. Finally, do not miss visiting the red valley. The breakfast room and restaurant have free toiletries. The guides were extremely friendly and took good pictures of us.
