This excursion offers a motu day with barbecue to discover the reef island. Participants will discover a lunar landscape on the ocean side of the motu. The dark volcanic rock jagged by erosion forms an atypical setting and many natural pools for swimming. Several activities and animations (snorkeling, braiding, dolphin and Tiputa aquarium ...) complete the visit of this site in order to discover Rangiroa and the Paumotu culture.
Program :
8:20 am: transfer from the hotel
9:00 am: departure from Ohotu
10:00 am: arrival at the reef island, snack offered
10.30 am to 12 noon: visit to the “feo” and snorkeling in a coral garden
12:15 to 1:15 p.m .: aperitif, lunch and weaving demonstration
1:15 p.m. to 2:00 p.m .: free time, relaxation, swimming
2:15 p.m .: departure of the "motu"
3.15 p.m .: arrival tiputa pass
3.15 p.m .: visit to the Tiputa pass (dolphin)
3:45 p.m .: snorkeling at the aquarium
4.30 p.m .: arrival at Ohotu quay and transfer to the hotel

5.00We had a great day thanks to our Marius guide who is really nice, funny and professional! He loves his job and it feels good. Thanks to Momo also for his good humor. Even if we ran out of sunshine, they replaced him. Very nice excursion!

5.00Pass from Tiputa, Triangle Reef Island, Blue Lagoon and back, with lunch. Well organized. Good boat. A very nice team Captain Momo, Brandon the guide and the young "trainees". excellent lunch with Polynesian grill! Fish and chicken so tasty! (We were lucky enough to have superb weather and an ultra flat sea! for the fast crossing). Zero foul.

5.00This was a fantastic experience!!! The boat trip across the atoll is a bit long but completely worth it! It was an absolutely surreal scene to see the reef formation and uplift. The drift snorkel was the best we experienced on our trip. The lunch on the beach was just perfect. What a picture-perfect spot.

5.00🌴 Incredible day at Reef Island with Marius and the Captain 🌊 To be honest, at first I wasn’t very motivated to go to Reef Island, because it’s across the lagoon and it takes 45 minutes by boat. But it's definitely worth it! ✨ On site, the setting is beautiful, with a superb visit to the reef and drone photos that will remain a great memory. 🦈 We were lucky enough to see about 15 sharks right next to where we ate. 🍽️ The meal was very very good, simple and delicious, perfect in this amazing setting. 🐬 To top it off, we even saw dolphins at the end of the day. In short, day at the top, thanks to Marius and the captain, we recommend without hesitation!

5.00Excursion on the reef island: Exceptional, magical, lunar, splendid. Marius the captain and Tanaka, two professional people in addition to being friendly and pleasant who bring together a friendly atmosphere. A great day to do absolutely. Everything is there, reefs, sharks, aquarium and dolphins for the end of the day. A caring and so kind family business. (Sisters, brothers, cousins..😁)
