5.00Due to bad weather we were unable to do the scheduled snorkeling trip so we were offered an alternative or a refund, we decided to go with the alternative. When the weather changed again while we were on our way to Pirates Cove again we were given the option to go on to a different location or go back to the dock. It was a great group of people on the boat so, a wet as we were we decided to go on and had a great morning. Captain Dawn and Brandon went above and beyond expectations to make sure we had a good time improvising Plan A to Plan B to Plan C on the fly. They were upbeat, funny and totally committed to making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. We were sorry to miss the reef experience but no one can predict the weather. Altogether a great morning and a big "thank you" to Lisa for making the booking process so easy. Highly recommeded!

5.00Captain Dave, Miranda and Mercedes were all amazing. Mercedes got in the water and showed us were some of the sea life was.fir so e if us new to snorkeling or being deep water was very concerned and kept us all safe. MMiranda was very informative on. What would happen at each stage. We had a really great time. Mercedes used our under water camera to take pictures for us. Cant compare to other snorkeling but I would choose them again before looking for anyone else. Thank you all for an amazing adventure

5.00I cannot say enough good things about the experience my family had with Marathon Mermaid Charters. After having a less than enjoyable experience with another company last year the staff of Marathon Mermaid Charters really knocked it out of the park. Communication about our trip was top notch. We originally planned to take 4 people on the trip who were not going to snorkel, under the idea that we would get to get off the boat on the island. We were called and it was explained that we would just be staying on the boat. We were given the option to cancel those 4 people with a refund. The captain and mate of the trip were very intentional and gave attention to the participants for safety. The crew was very friendly and professional. The boat was high quality, comfortable and clean. They explained that if the weather was bad money would be refunded, thankfully that wasn't necessary and we an amazing clear day on the reef and saw sharks, turtles and too many fish to name.

5.00Best experience ever! We went with our family of four and our friends family of four. Two kids that are 2 and two a little older. They all had a great time! First mate Mandy is hilarious and full of neat information about the area and her daughter was great with our kids showing them fish and playing along with them. While captain Dave guided us safely to our destinations, even turning around for us to view the hammerhead shark again that we passed by. 100% recommend this charter for snorkel and sandbar! You won’t be disappointed.

5.00WE HAD THE BEST TIME!! Let’s start with Lisa, the lady on the phone that I booked with. Her personality shown through the phone. We laughed the entire time I was booking the trip. Captain Dawn and her first mate Brandon were great! So very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They got everyone’s snorkeling gear figured out and on the boat we went. We saw dolphins before we even left the harbor. They pointed out flying fish and rays and turtles. Snorkeling the reef was amazing. Knowing Dawn and Brandon where on watch for fish for us to see, to make sure we didn’t leave the safe area and to flag down rogue boats that wanted to drive through the swimming area, made it super easy to trust them. We had such a great time that before we got off the boat we booked a sunset trip for that evening. Brandon gave us the best local lunch recommend as well. They all helped make my daughter’s 30th birthday AMAZING! Thank you to the whole crew.
