Our beach carts or mules as we call them locally on the island, are comfortable, new and automatic. Reservation data: The vehicle will be delivered only to the person on the platform reservation and the data entered on the platform must match the contact (telephone), lodging and identification details. Otherwise, the delivery will not take place. The person should contact us prior to, to coordinate the delivery of the vehicle. 2. Delivery Service: Home delivery takes place at your hotel located in the center of the island. The vehicle is delivered between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. If you are unable to respond during these hours, the delivery will be rescheduled and made in order of response between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. 3. Fuel Level: The vehicle is delivered with the same level of fuel as received. 4. Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required to rent the vehicle. 5. Alcohol and Drugs: Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances is not permitted. Any evidence of intoxication will result in immediate retention of the vehicle and no refund of the reservation will be made. 6. Use of Vehicle: Vehicles are not allowed in the arena. Passengers may not sit on the hood, roof of the vehicle, or travel in the cargo area. 7. Delivery to the Booking Holder: The vehicle will only be delivered to the reservation holder, who must present a valid physical identification document (not digital). Failure to present the required document will result in the retention of the vehicle and no refund of the reservation will be made. 8. Number of Passengers: The number of passengers must not exceed the capacity specified in the reservation. Any violation will result in the retention of the vehicle and no refund of the reservation will be made. 9. Duration of booking: The reservation is for 8 hours, starting and ending at the time established on the platform. If you wish to receive the vehicle later or at a different location, please contact us. However, the service will always end at the time stipulated on the platform. 10. Liability for Damage: The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental.
