Morning boarding in a calm sea, with a simple welcome over coffee.
From the first edges, sailing sets the pace. The lagoon, protected by the coral reef, offers a peaceful body of water, conducive to a smooth navigation between movement and observation.
A first stopover allows you to discover the coral reef by snorkeling, in protected waters where coral and marine life gradually reveal themselves.
Navigation continues to sheltered areas, with moments dedicated to swimming, paddling and exploring the mangrove, discreet and preserved ecosystem.
Throughout the day, the experience alternates between energy and calm. Those who wish can participate in the navigation and take the helm, smoothly.
The small group guarantees a friendly atmosphere, without constraint, leaving everyone the freedom to live the outing at their own pace.

The skipper was super friendly, had prepared welcome coffee, lokal snacks to ensure a good start of the day. He knows a lot about the local wildlife and took us to places where we could see tons of different fish just by snorkeling, and he took us to a wonderful and empty beach on an island. Sailing is the best and most eco friendly way to explore the protected lagoon. Highly recommended !

We stayed in Pointe Noir at an VRBO apartment. Point Noir was a convenient location for snorkeling at the Cousteau Reserve and exploring the beaches on the west side of the island. It has a good grocery store and bakery but only one very simple local take-out / restaurant so we ate there frequently (grilled fish, chicken or pork). We preferred smaller beaches, Petit Anse, La Roux, etc. Suggest avoiding La Caravelle beach; crowded. Grande Terre is quite a distance away; would suggest splitting time between the two areas.

Very nice experience with Xavier who shares with us his passion for sailing. It also proposes, to anyone who wishes, to participate in navigation. Regarding the excursion itself, we go off the beaten track: he gives us his knowledge of the lagoon and takes us to an exceptional site... we even saw a hawksbill turtle! The discovery of the mangrove is also superb because we are dealing with a passionate who explains this ecosystem in an educational way. Thank you for a wonderful day!

Xavier is a kind guide, who allowed us to discover sailing and spend a responsible and sporty eco day with a fabulous diving spot and a beautiful walk in the mangrove.

We had an absolutely wonderful sailing experience! From the moment we stepped on board, everything felt welcoming, relaxed, and well-planned. Xavier was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about sailing — he even gave us the opportunity to participate in navigation. We truly enjoyed our time on the water and would highly recommend this experience!

We had an amazing day exploring the lagoon with Xavier on his fantastic sporty and unique sailing boat, Ti-Bo. It was so much fun to actively participate in the sailing! As a recreational sailor with some experience, I can say that if you love the thrill of higher speeds and truly feeling the power of the wind, this is absolutely the right boat and the perfect captain. That said, a more relaxed pace is also possible—no worries there! We would definitely do it again!”

We had an incredible day, Xavier taught us a lot about the operation of a sailboat as well as the marine ecosystem (fish, corals, birds, etc)! The places of excursions are breathtaking, it is a day out of time. We recommend 100%!!!

It was a pleasure to be out sailing! He took such good care of us and was very knowledgeable about the region. I was even allowed to steer the boat a bit. It was a great beautiful day! Would love to join again!
