What To Expect

You will sign a safety waiver. You will then be fitted with your safety gears such as helmet, gloves etc. A trained guide will explain how to zip, brake and land. There are three lines and a bridge. The largest line is 1000ft. You will zip across the river down the stream.

From start to finish, the staff made the entire adventure feel safe, organized, and full of fun. The zipline was the perfect mix of excitement and breathtaking views. The guides were patient, friendly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable before taking off. Zipping across the lush greenery with the river below was truly unforgettable. The rafting was peaceful, scenic, and relaxing. Our raft captain was knowledgeable and entertaining, sharing bits of history and culture as we floated along the Rio Nuevo River. The environment was clean, quiet, and very nature-focused—perfect for anyone looking to unwind while still enjoying a unique Jamaican experience. Overall, Rio Nuevo Village delivers a great blend of adventure and relaxation. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this is definitely an experience worth adding to your itinerary. Highly recommended!

Zac and Jack were excellent guides. They made it really entertaining and I would definitely recommend them. We also went horseback riding and enjoyed the ride.

Jaydee was great!! Excellent tour guide and very safe with the ATVs and you get to see a part of Jamaica you normally won’t see! Everything was great and I recommend. Book with them and request Jaydee!!!!! You wont regret it.

Rohan from Irie Vibe Tours suggested this hidden gem. The property is absolutely stunning and the guides were professional but fun. My husband and I were fortunate enough to be only 10 minutes from this property as we are staying at Couples Tower Isle. We have been here 8 times and never heard of this place. The zip line was amazing enjoyed the view of Jamaica we enjoy the 3 stages of the zip line we really enjoyed the one across the river Jake and Andrea was great really funny and made us feel welcome

Jake and Dre were absolutely amazing!! They ensure that we were comfortable and they were very knowledgeable a what they were doing. The experience was incredible. It was no first time and I can say I enjoyed every minute of it. Make sure when y’all come go zip lining and ask for Jake and Dre. Big up yuhself guys!!

This is a 10 out of 10 experience from our tour guide Andre and Jake who was our zip line guide and for our atv ride elando who was great at explaining and kind to us for our first time riding
