1 – Required Information To prepare your transfer properly and assign the correct vehicle, please make sure the following details are included in your reservation: Pickup address Drop-off address (within the selected service area option) Date and time Number of passengers Whether you are traveling with children and if any require an infant/child safety seat Type and quantity of luggage (including oversized items, strollers or sports equipment) Flight number (for airport pickups) If any of these details are missing, our team may contact you through the Viator/Tripadvisor messaging tool to request the remaining information. Please note that without the complete information listed above, the transfer cannot be performed. 2 – Service Preparation Once all required details have been provided correctly (as listed in Step 1), your transfer will be fully prepared and scheduled. This ensures that the right vehicle and driver are assigned according to your route and passenger needs. 3 – Arrival Monitoring (Airport Pickups) For flights arriving at GIG or SDU, your landing time is monitored in real time. This allows the driver to adjust arrival in case of delays in landing, immigration or baggage claim. 4 – Meet & Greet Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. For pickups outside airports, the driver will also display a sign at the agreed meeting point. 5 – Waiting Time / Tolerance Policy To maintain punctual service, the following free waiting times apply: Airport pickups (GIG or SDU): up to 1 hour after the flight lands. City pickups (outside airports): up to 15 minutes at the pickup address. After this tolerance period, additional waiting may not be guaranteed and depends on driver availability. 6 – Luggage Assistance The driver will assist with loading and unloading your luggage and guide you to the vehicle. 7 – Private Transfer Experience Relax and enjoy a safe, comfortable and air-conditioned private ride, with professional service throughout your journey. 8 – Drop-off Drop-off will be performed only within the area corresponding to the option selected during booking (e.g., Copacabana/Leme, Ipanema/Leblon, Barra da Tijuca, Centro, Recreio). The exact drop-off address must be written in your reservation so the route can be scheduled correctly.
