University City
The most ambitious project of Mexico City in the 20th century, a university city houses the future of Mexico, where the most important intellectuals that our country has produced have studied, such as the Nobel Prize winner Octavio Paz. It was built as a function of the architecture with the murals of Rivera, Siqueiros, O Gorman among other artists that we will explain to you in detail.
Museo Estudio Diego Rivera y Frida Kahlo
Commissioned by Diego Rivera, in 1931 Juan O'Gorman designed one of the first functionalist buildings in Latin America: a house for the painter and another for his wife Frida Kahlo, where each would have their own studio. It is located in the south of Mexico City and is dedicated to preserving the memory of the muralist and his wife; as well as the study and analysis of his artistic generation.

Delta was very well informed . Created a historical and social contexr for all the Information and was able to answer all the questions. She added with her Ipad and helped us to get a bigger picture. She was fun and interesting to be with.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Jorge’s Legacy tour in Mexico City as a private tour. We visited UNAM, the Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo Studio House Museum, and concluded at the Museo Anahuacalli with its impressive pre-Hispanic art collection. Jorge is an exceptional guide—articulate, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Mexican art and culture. His enthusiasm brought each location to life, and having the tour to myself allowed for a perfectly tailored experience. Highly recommend for anyone interested in Mexican art and history!

This was one of the best tours we have been on. Our guides combined the history of Mexico with architectural and art history insights. We enjoyed the tour of the the University and the Frieda Kahlo and Diego Rivera houses, but the true highlight was visiting the Museo Anahuacalli at the end. A fabulous day!

The Educando con Cultura tour was an amazing and personalized experience. Jaime, more than a guide, became a friend who passionately shared the history, culture and art of Mexico. During the tour of the legacy of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo we visited the murals of Ciudad Universitaria, the Casa Estudio of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo and the Anahuacalli Museum, while on the tour of Coyoacán we explored iconic places such as the Church of San Juan Bautista, the Chapel of the Conchita, the Coyoacán Market and the Leon Trotski Museum. Each place was enriched by Jaime’s knowledge-filled explanations. Without a doubt, Educating with Culture is highly recommended for those who want an authentic and memorable experience.
