What To Expect
0. Communications Upon booking you will receive an automatic email confirmation from Viator and a text or WhatsApp confirmation from us. Last-minute bookings for 3-4 hours margin, will need manual confirmation from our team. We will communicate to: 1. Confirm your initial booking (within 24 - 48h of your booking) 2. Confirm your arrival information (day prior your arrival) 3. Confirm your departure information (day prior your departure) ----------------- PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS 1. Flight Guests Pick-up: After passing through Immigration and Customs and collecting your luggage, exit into the main terminal. You’ll see restrooms on your right and a coffee shop called Espresso Americano next to them. We’ll be waiting directly across from the coffee shop with a sign showing our logo and/or your name. Once we greet you, we’ll confirm your booking, and we will take you to your vehicle. We recommend using the restrooms before leaving the airport. IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT WITH ANYONE WHO IS NOT CLEARLY IDENTIFIED WITH OUR LOGO AND YOUR BOOKING DETAILS. Return Trip: For your return transfer, we’ll pick you up at the entrance or lobby of your hotel, Airbnb, or drop-off location. For international flights, pick-up is 3 hours before your departure time. For domestic flights, pick-up is 2 hours before departure. Please have your bags ready and check out before your driver arrives to avoid delays. ----- 2. Ferry Guests Pick-up: Your driver will be waiting near the luggage collection area with a sign showing our logo and/or your name. Please meet them after collecting all your luggage to avoid delays. They will either guide you to the vehicle or bring it to you for convenience, so there’s no need to walk far. Make sure your luggage is ready before leaving the terminal. IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE FERRY TERMINAL WITH ANYONE WHO IS NOT CLEARLY IDENTIFIED WITH OUR LOGO AND YOUR BOOKING DETAILS. Return Trip: We will pick you up at the entrance or lobby of your hotel, Airbnb, or drop-off location. Your driver will confirm your pick-up time by text or message in advance. Pick-up times are usually 1 to 2 hours before your scheduled ferry departure, depending on your location. ----- 3. Cruise Ship Guests Cruise guests must provide the local time they plan to disembark so our driver can meet them promptly. Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your scheduled meeting time. If there are any delays, please contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. Return transfers will depart from the same location where you were originally dropped off. Please ensure your return drop-off happens at least 3 hours before your ship’s departure. 3.1 Mahogany Bay Independent shuttle companies are not allowed inside the cruise terminal for pick-ups (only for drop-offs). To meet your driver, you must exit the terminal and go down to the main road. You can walk downhill for about 7 minutes or take a $2 cab per person to the meeting point. Your driver will be holding a sign with our logo and your name. There will be many tour operators in the area, so please double-check before leaving. IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE TERMINAL WITH ANYONE WHO IS NOT CLEARLY IDENTIFIED WITH OUR LOGO AND YOUR BOOKING DETAILS. 3.2 Port of Roatan After leaving your ship, walk through the main building and atrium, passing the tour and excursion booths. At the end of the walkway, make a left turn toward Gate 2 (left) or Gate 3 (right). As you exit, you’ll see several tour operators waiting outside. Your driver will be there holding a sign with our logo and your name. IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE PORT WITH ANYONE WHO IS NOT CLEARLY IDENTIFIED WITH OUR LOGO AND YOUR BOOKING DETAILS

5.00Excellent service. Mario was waiting with a sign as soon as we clear passport control. He took the time to stop at the grocery so we could pick up a few things on the way to the airport. Told us a bit about the island on our quick trip to the hotel. Super friendly and great service. Highly recommend.

5.0011/10! Mario was an incredibly friendly and helpful young man who exceeded our expectations in every way. He was always very punctual and was able to tell us a lot about the island and its residents. So it wasn’t just a “taxi ride,” but more like a small guided island tour :) He stopped with us at an ATM and even went into the supermarket with us. We rode with Mario four times, and by the end it felt like we had known each other for a long time. We had great conversations, and his English is excellent. He also helped us in a difficult situation. Instead of just dropping us off, he helped us find accommodation when something went wrong with our booking. My girlfriend and I can truly recommend this service! We would choose to ride with Mario again anytime!!! Best regards, Kevin 🙂

5.00I absolutely recommend this service. The communication and service was excellent. Mario was so easy to communicate with, extremely organized and empathetic. He went above and beyond to arrange our rides from and to the Airport. Due to flight delays we arrived a whole day later than planned and it was seamless. We were met at the airport by Adrian and were loaded and on our way to our hotel in what felt like seconds; very welcoming experience. On the way back we were picked up by Mario who went above and beyond and told us a lot about the Island on the way. Added bonus is that the price is also a very good value.

5.00Our experience with Roatan Aiport Shuttles was fantastic from start to finish. We booked a round-trip airport transfer with Mario. His level of professionalism was apparent from the very start. He confirmed our flight details ahead of time and tracked the incoming flight so that he was prepared. Mario arrived early, helped carry our luggage and even offered to return to the house when my husband realized that he had forgotten something. We graciously declined but definitely appreciated the offer. Our ride with Mario happened to be on the rainiest day of the year when the island was experiencing widespread flooding. He stayed in touch with us all afternoon, monitoring our flight status, in case he needed to return to the airport and pick us up. Luckily we were only delayed and not canceled. Mario contacted us a few days before our return to confirm our arrival information and again monitored our flight status the day of travel. He met us right outside of customs and transported us quickly and safely home. I cannot say enough about Roatan Airport Shuttles level of commitment to supplying a safe and pleasant airport shuttle experience. Their pricing is very competitive and even less than many of the other shuttle services. It was worth every penny to know that we would arrive to the airport in a timely and stress free manner. We highly recommend Mario and Roatan Airport Shuttles for all of your on island transport needs.
