• Beautiful Day and Course

  This Golf Course is an awesome track. The day we were there the course was extremely wet but that did not distract from the beauty and enjoyment of the course. It was cart path only and if you are not near the cart path you can plan to walk a lot!! Our tour guide, Jerry was awesome and gave us a brief tour from the ship to the course and even stopped on the way back to allow us to buy some local Honduran cigars and we had lunch with him at a very local small restaurant. He was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely do this again when in Roatan.

  1. You have to walk all the way out of the terminal and this will include up stairs and down steep hills on likely a wet road. 2. You will then look through about a 100 people holding signs for one holding a sign with your name. 3. 10 min drive to the course. All this was basically what I expected, not the best experience but everyone was nice and helpful. 4. Golf course…it is beautiful but, if you are thinking should I bring my clubs? Yes, if you are a scratch to 15 handicap bring your clubs. The greens were hard as a rock but rolled a little slower than you would think. There are multiple par 3s over 200 yards from the tips and they don’t give you a full set of irons. The carts do not have GPS but I used The Grint (app) and it worked great. The reasons I didn’t give 5 stars…1. The Pro was at the counter and didn’t speak to me at all or ask if I needed anything. I’ve been in the business for a long time and a Pro should take the time with every customer when it’s not busy. 2. The clubs were Callaway edge 10.5 degree drive, 3 wood 5 hybrid and 6-to sand wedge and an Odyssey putter. Not bad for an average golfer but I am a 4 handicap and hit a 9 degree driver and use my 4&5 irons often. Honestly it wasn’t the clubs as much as, they were not cleaned at all and they didn’t provide you anything to keep them clean through the round. Not even a small towel. The guy that greeted me told me not to buy balls inside the shop and to buy them from him. Not a good business plan for a golf course but I did bring a few balls so I was ok. This course is beautiful and unique but the bunkers are interesting. Every green gives you space but the ball will roll off every edge so stick to the middle. If I was to do this again I bring my own bag and equipment.

  Half of the golf course was closed down. The other half they had just aerated the greens. They were all sand. Completely unplayable. I only played 9 holes. I would like a refund.

  This is the third time we have used this service, and it is perfect. We come on a cruise ship and always coordinate our arrival and departure times. Greate drivers and golf. Love this service.
