What To Expect
Rodney Bay
A food tour is like a tune, it has some savory moments and some sweet notes – but all taste delicious! The food offered on our guided walks is diverse food – traditional Saint Lucian food. We start off with a traditional Saint Lucian breakfast at a local spot, and work our way to the next stop. Next, we will explore art from local artisans, while sipping on some seasonal local beverages. Along the way to our next stop, we'll learn about Saint Lucian history, and also some fun facts. Many of our guests come hungry - but ALL leave happy! We can't wait to eat with you!

Did someone say RUM? We cant wait for you to try our homemade spice rum, and other local favorites with you. Only allowed for 18+
There are 5 stops where we'll be trying various food tastings.

5.00This food tour was one of the highlights of our trip to St. Lucia. The progression was perfectly planned — starting with a traditional breakfast, moving into street food and local snacks, then a full lunch, and finishing with dessert. It gave us a great overview of the island’s flavors in a way that felt natural and well paced. Silma was an excellent guide. She was knowledgeable, organized, and shared helpful cultural context at each stop. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. Definitely come hungry — there’s a lot of food, and it’s all worth trying. Highly recommend.

5.00A great way to explore the local area with delicious food and drink along the way. Silma was a great guide who gave us insight in to the local food and drink. We did not feel rushed and have enough delights to cover breakfast and lunch!

5.00After an unexpectedly long journey by minibus from the port of Castries to Rodney Bay ( just sheer volume of traffic!) we were met by our local guide Zan who gave us an introduction to our walking tour of the residential and holiday area with 5 stops to eat different local dishes - some with drinks! Zan was delightful- friendly , bubbly and informative. Our group was only 7 people so everyone chatted and contributed- which added positively to the experience. The walking tour included information on the locality and country and a visit to a beautiful waterfront villa owned by one of the restaurant owners family as a little extra ! The food varied at each stop from typical breakfast “sandwich” through excellent street food double ( spice level adjusted to taste)- like light pancake stuffed with chickpeas, sauce , cucumber and spices), lamb sweet potato plantains stew, fresh mangoes, coconut cake , 2 local spiced rums and local beer! A truly memorable and authentic experience.

5.00We took a Lucian Food Tour in Rodney Bay and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our guide, Silma, was excellent — extremely knowledgeable, informative, and with a great sense of humour that made the tour even more engaging. All of the food stops felt truly authentic, and every dish we tried was delicious. A fantastic way to experience local St Lucian food and culture. Highly recommended.

Jasmine was outstanding in leading us on a taste of local food/drink and an incredible overview of the St Lucian culture and her experience on the island. She is well spoken, articulate, warm, friendly and well known by many as we were on our tour! Highly recommend this tour with Jasmine!
