What To Expect
Rodney Bay
A food tour is like a tune, it has some savory moments and some sweet notes – but all taste delicious! The food offered on our guided walks is diverse food – traditional Saint Lucian food. We start off with a traditional Saint Lucian breakfast at a local spot, and work our way to the next stop. Next, we will explore art from local artisans, while sipping on some seasonal local beverages. Along the way to our next stop, we'll learn about Saint Lucian history, and also some fun facts. Many of our guests come hungry - but ALL leave happy! We can't wait to eat with you!

Did someone say RUM? We cant wait for you to try our homemade spice rum, and other local favorites with you. Only allowed for 18+

5.00We absolutely loved this St Lucia food tour—honestly one of the highlights of the trip. It’s not just about eating (although there’s plenty of that!), it’s a really fun and interesting way to get to know the island. You visit five different spots, all with something a bit different, so it never feels repetitive. The food was great—proper local dishes you probably wouldn’t find on your own—and it was nice trying things we wouldn’t normally order. What made it stand out was how much we learned along the way. The guide shared loads of information about the food, the history, and the culture, but in a really easy, relaxed way—not like a lecture at all. It just felt like chatting while walking and eating. The rum and local beer stops were a big bonus too—really good and generous tastings, with some great stories behind them. The whole tour had such a good vibe. Really friendly, lots of energy, and the guide made sure everyone felt included and involved. It just felt like a group of people having a great time together. Would 100% recommend if you’re in St Lucia—such a fun way to explore and you leave full, happy, and knowing a lot more about the island.

5.00This is a great tour! We got to see places and try food that we would not have found on our own. The food was tasty, interesting and unique to the island. We also appreciated our guide, Silma. She was super nice, knowledgeable and very patient with all our questions. I would highly recommend this tour and our guide!

5.00A fantastic food tour experience! Love the authentic food we tasted and our guide was so knowledgeable with interesting facts and knowledge. We had a great time and didn’t want to leave! If you’re undecided take the plunge and book it won’t disappoint. What’s not to love… great food and company in a beautiful island.

5.00I had the most amazing experience on this food tour. The food was wonderful. Every place we went to the food was made of a high skill. Our tour guide Silma was amazing very informative kind and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Book it you definitely won’t regret it. 10/10

5.00If you want a true taste of the island, Lucian Food Tours is a must. The food and drink were 100% authentic St. Lucian flavors—everything we tried was delicious and high-quality. Our guide, Silma, was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she a great conversationalist and incredibly personable, but she also took the time to explain the history and details of every dish we ate, as well as fascinating facts about the island itself. She is so knowledgeable and kind; she truly made the experience special. Highly recommended!

5.00Our group really enjoyed this food tour. Silma was so friendly and very knowledgeable. The food items were all new to us and it was all delicious. Definitely recommend! FYI: If you are concerned about difficulty it was paced so that each stop was not far from the next and there was plenty of time at each stop to enjoy the food. Also there were available restrooms at 3 of the stops. Wonderful experience.

The progression was perfectly planned — starting with a traditional breakfast, moving into street food and local snacks, then a full lunch, and finishing with dessert. It gave us a great overview of the island’s flavors in a way that felt natural and well paced. Silma was an excellent guide. She was knowledgeable, organized, and shared helpful cultural context at each stop. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. Definitely come hungry — there’s a lot of food, and it’s all worth trying. Highly recommend.
