The half-day trip on the Rogue River through Hellgate Canyon is our most scenic half-day trip. The forbidding walls of Hellgate Canyon rise out of the water at the rivers edge marking a dramatic point of transition into the whitewater downstream. As we float through the canyon osprey and eagles fly over head as the search the river for fish. This trip flows through two distinct gorges and concludes with two of the best class II rapids on the day section of the Rogue River. This is a great trip anyone wanting to learn to inflatable kayak or any family with younger kids wanting to raft.

During our half-day trip on the Rogue River groups will float through the beautiful Hellgate Canyon before entering our first of many class II rapids. Hellgate canyon is the place where the Rogue River enters the coastal range of mountains and is an incredible site to take in. This trip has the perfect amount of whitewater to challenge anyone who wants to learn to inflatable kayak or to entertain the younger kids who choose to join us in a raft. This is a great half-day on the Rogue River for anyone looking for a fun and scenic float with just the right amount of whitewater.

Even though it was smoky from wildfires, we had a great time. Steve did a fantastic job with the four of us inexperienced kayakers.

We had a fantastic trip down the river this morning! Tom was a great guide. He taught us all we needed to know to help paddle and stay safe. He also shared a lot of info about the area as we made our way down the river. Drake was on a training trip with us and he was super friendly too. It was a fabulous experience and we were sad when it was done.

Had a great morning rafting down the Rouge River. Tom was a great guide. He gave us lots of insights on the different names for the rapids and other things on our route.

It was just what I wanted! Nice ride on the river. They kept my car keys back in the office so I didn't have to worry about them getting wet. They also provided wet "suit" because I didn't come prepared and it seemed like it might get cold (temperature was perfect).

Beautiful scenery! The rapids were mild enough for us old folks but still wet us down. Our guide was Kruse and he was an absolute hoot! Highly recommend!

Going to go through the rapids in a solo kayak was amazing and fun, especially with our excellent guides, Alex and Jake. Would absolutely do this again with them.

This experience was far better than we anticipated. My daughter and I were not very experienced kayakers but Moira, our guide, gave a great safety briefing and we had a tremendous time. We did the half-day Hells Gate and would highly recommend these folks.

My family did a half day rafting trip with Kalen. He was great and taught us a lot about how to raft. We were quite apprehensive to start with and he gave us clear instructions on how to encounter each rapid. We can't believe we finished off with a Class IV rapid. Our family of 5 with teenage kids had a team building experience and worked together as a unit, which is not always the case with us. He was engaging and entertaining. It was really fun and we had a blast. This is a must do activity in Southern Oregon.
