The tour was amazing! You really do get the highlights in one day. There is a lot of walking involved, but worth it! Definitely saves you the hassle of booking difficult reservations at all the locations visited and you get expedited entry with the guide. A decent amount of the cost of the tour is just the ticket cost, so the price paid is well worth it!

Our tour guide Kate was amazing. She had a wealth of knowledge and kept you interested the entire tour. There is a lot of walking on uneven surfaces and stairs in the Colosseum, but 100% worth it. This is a great intro to Rome.

This truly is Rome in a Day — and that is not an exaggeration. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about Roman history, art, and architecture. We covered an impressive amount of ground in one very full day, including major highlights that would be difficult to navigate on your own.

The Rome in a Day tour simply would not have been the same without Erturk as our guide. His depth of knowledge, captivating storytelling, and engaging history lessons brought Rome to life in a truly memorable way. What made his guiding exceptional was not only what he explained, but how he explained it using vivid descriptions and visual references that helped us clearly imagine and understand the history behind each site. The tour was incredibly informative, engaging, and enjoyable from start to finish. My only suggestion would be to make this tour longer with Erturk, as his passion, dedication, and expertise deserve even more time. He was outstanding and truly deserves recognition for the exceptional work he does. Thank you Erturk!

Monica is a fantastic guide! Knowledgeable, patient, but kept us organized and on time. Security checks and other logistics were very simple, she briefed the group as we approached and again as we were going through. Overall, a very enjoyable day seeing landmarks across Rome!

Even though it was a cold and rainy day, Paola was an excellent tour guide and made the day enjoyable for our family which included 3 teens/young 20s. She was funny and responsive to the group and so knowledgeable- she has a PhD in archaeology and had stories for every century.
