What To Expect
Rome’s vibrant Trastevere neighbourhood during this 2.5-hour hands-on cooking class at a traditional Italian cooking school. Meet your local chef, enjoy a welcome prosecco or spritz, and learn the art of pizza-making from dough to oven. Then, create authentic Italian tiramisu using classic techniques and fresh ingredients. After cooking, relax and enjoy your pizza and dessert with unlimited wine and beer in a warm, social atmosphere.

5.00The entire experience was amazing! Gian was an incredible instructor/host. The atmosphere was relaxed, we all had a lot of fun and many laughs. It was a small enough group that we were not rushed and were able to fully enjoy the experience. I highly recommend doing this when in Rome.

5.00So we actually did the PASTA-making class, so the review is for that class. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. We were met by a representative at the specified time and location. This sounds like a small point, but this was not the case for all of our tours. The class was informative, educational, and fun. I should note that we also created past sauce from scratch and also made gelato for dessert. At the end of the "tour," we gathered around a large table and broke bread together. Our instructors, Luca and Elsa were great chefs and took great effort to get to know all of us throughout the evening. I would like to point out that we consume the food that we actually made. Apparently, some classes don't do that so I thought that it is imporatnt to point that out - for better or worse.

5.00We did this class with Asia. From the very start until the end she was very friendly and easygoing. The experience itself is great. We started with a choice of aperol spritz or prosecco and of course she taught us how to make the aperol spritz. After we made the tiramisù and then of course the pizzas. The dough is already prepared since it needs to rest at least 12h. We had several ingredients to choose from to make our pizzas. At the end of course the best part: eating the pizzas, with some red wine and our sweet tiramisù. Would totally recommend this experience for pizza lovers! And once again, Asia was great and even gave us some more tips about Trastevere and where to go.

5.00The class was fun and had a very welcoming host with a great personality. The dough needs to rest for 24 hours before stretching and rolling it out, but it was still a fun, engaging class where we got to practice stretching and rolling out the dough. The work-station easily had room for 10 people, so it's easy to book as a group or smaller. Highly recommend this and the Devour Pasta-making class in Rome as well!

5.00Allesandro was fantastic, showed us exactly what to do, why to do it that way and what is happening as we are doing it, We made Pizza dough, They had a multitude of toppings to make and bake out own pizza, We then sat down with some wine and enjoyed out pizza's as a familu
