5.00Excellent Service, we left the sector in arrivals and immediately met the staff waiting for us. A tour to our airbnb with a very nice talk from him driver, where he gave us many indications of the place. Really outstanding attention!!

The driver kept great conversation, pointing out landmarks and giving helpful details about what to expect on the island. 5.00We had seamless transfers from and then back to the airport. The drivers were friendly and engaged in conversation, sharing some recommendations when asked and providing some history from their time on the island. Drivers were punctual.

2.00Picking us up from the airport was okay. We asked the driver to stop by the supermarket so we can get some groceries as instructed by the Airbnb host and he refused. Might you the supermarket is 5 mins away from the airport and we just wanted water and chips smh. Today, instead of picking us up at 1 pm, the driver showed up at 1:30. I had to call them to get his ETA. No one reached out to me and the driver was on the phone the entire ride… very unsafe if you ask me. The service was terrible and I do not recommend them

1.00I booked my airport transfer through Expedia. Expedia sent us an email stating that we would be transferring through EL Tours (blue shirt meet and greet). We did not receive a direct email from El Tours confirming any details. Our flight to Aruba was 4/17/25. We found 4 people wearing blue shirts with different company names. We spent 40 minutes trying to find someone wearing a blue shirt with an EL Tours badge to no avail. Until one of the 4 people in blue shirts decided to hold up a sign with my name on it. We were very upset and frustrated with the irresponsibility of the person who met us. But EL Tours decided to make things even worse for us on our return transfer on 4/23/25. They did not call or email us to confirm the time they would pick us up. I was supposed to call them 24 hours before departure (I found this information on Expedia). I called EL Tours and they told me to meet me in the hotel lobby at 9.50am. The next day we came to the lobby at 9.10am to check out and wait. It was 10am and no one showed up from EL Tours so I called them. El Tours said they didn’t have my name in the system. After a few minutes of explaining, they found us in their system. The woman started yelling at me and said that I didn't showed up for my transfer time at 9.15am, they don’t have car for us. Firstly, why did they come at 9.15am when the guy told me at 9.50am. Secondly, I was in the lobby at that time and no one tried to find us. As a result of my arguments, the woman decided to help us and found a car as soon as possible because we were very delayed for our flight. We got a driver at 10.20am. We almost missed our flight because of this EL Tour. I don't recommend anyone to use this company. it was worst experience.

4.00I setup a private ride to and from airport. When we arrive in Aruba it wasn’t clear where to find the service but we Findlay did. The drivers in both rides were very nice. In our return they ask you call 24 hours in advance to confirm which we did. They said be in lobby by 9am for 9:15am pickup. I had. To call by 9:30 to see whats happening and they got someone at the hotel by 9:40am was a little frustrating. The airport took us an 1 hour 45 minutes from drop off to gate. Thats a whole other story. I think i would do private ride to hotel and cab back to airport. Our hotel had plenty of cabs and no wait. Service overall was good.

5.00First let me start by saying how worth it the private shuttle is, compared to having to visit every resort on the island before they get to yours. We were in a large group and if you're in Aruba, you want to enjoy every minute of it! El Tours had great service and quickly got us to our private shuttle and in 10 minutes we were already at our resort to kickoff our vacation. On the return, we wanted to be picked up later versus their proposed time as we weren't flying until afternoon and wanted to enjoy breakfast and some last minute souvenir shopping in the morning time. Yet again, another advantage of the private shuttle, where they weren't fixed times. We were able to have our driver pick us up an hour later which made all the difference and still made it to the airport with time to spare. Thank you El Tours and we'll definitely use you again on the next trip!
