5.00They met us right away, and once everyone had their bags and joined us, we were led to the shuttle bus. They were efficient with loading the luggage so that luggage was available efficiently at each stop. We were dropped off at our hotels in a seemless manner. Would definitely recomend!

5.00Very easy to book online and you get notified when you’re close to your travel date as a reminder. Make sure you include airline and flight number after you get your luggage look for blue shirt El Tour person. Your name will be with him and he has an IPad that he holds up with your name.

5.00I was very pleased with the service. Very reasonably priced. They were easy to locate right inside airport as you approach the doors to exit. The young man was very pleasant, and we were lucky enough to have him roundtrip. He picked us up a little earlier for our return which I loved because of the craziness at airport. I will recommend them to family and friends and will use them when I return to Aruba.

The drivers were polite, professional, and punctual, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. Everything was smooth and well organized. 4.00Instructions provided, made it very clear to look for person in blue shirt with El Tours sign. We were unable to find anyone. I called El Tours and they were adamant someone was there. When I reported that I only saw other tour operators, I was told to ask them where El Tours was. I was directed to a person in and orange floral shirt that did not have a sign.
