1.00Plane was late and there was no one there to pick us up. Had to wait a long time for some to show up and then he had to make a dozen phone calls then there were 3 people discussing the situation until one finally decided to take us to our hotel. I expected much better service.

5.00We used the round trip shuttle for our transportation to and from our resort. It was seamless if you don't want to deal with catching a cab or renting a car. We were one of the first people to deplane, so the taxi line wasn't that long, but by the time we got loaded on the shuttle, I noticed the line had a bit of a wait. Would totally use them again. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

5.00They met us right away, and once everyone had their bags and joined us, we were led to the shuttle bus. They were efficient with loading the luggage so that luggage was available efficiently at each stop. We were dropped off at our hotels in a seemless manner. Would definitely recomend!

5.00Very easy to book online and you get notified when you’re close to your travel date as a reminder. Make sure you include airline and flight number after you get your luggage look for blue shirt El Tour person. Your name will be with him and he has an IPad that he holds up with your name.
