4.00Instructions provided, made it very clear to look for person in blue shirt with El Tours sign. We were unable to find anyone. I called El Tours and they were adamant someone was there. When I reported that I only saw other tour operators, I was told to ask them where El Tours was. I was directed to a person in and orange floral shirt that did not have a sign.
The shuttle did not go to the Secrets baby beach resort. You guys did not share my destination with EL Tours. We had to catch a

2.00I paid for roundtrip pickup. On the way to the hotel, the van (which was around 100 years old) got a flat tire, so had to wait for another one to come pick us up. On the way to the airport, they insisted on picking me up 4 (FOUR!!) hours before my flight. That means I am waiting 3.5 hrs at the airport. Do not do this to yourself. Get any other service. Better yet, get a taxi, which is what I’ll be doing next time.
