Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase (approx. 23 kg). Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

1.00The vehicle was very uncomfortable our luggage was in the trunk Next to some gasoline containers the vehicle was like a 1990 year old vehicle air did not work properly they told us we would be transported in a black jeep Cherokee and even sent us a picture of it to n the Viator app and when the ride arrived it was an old Beat up minivan I couldn’t believe it was our ride!!!!
Scam. Take money but no car service.

2.00The first driver was very nice and had great communication. He was also a safe driver. The vehicle was not in good condition. I did not feel safe, there was no air conditioning and the seatbelts didn't work to buckle ourselves in. For what we paid there should be a better vehicle. The second driver was also very nice and the vehicle was a smaller car, but at least the seat belts worked and the car had AC.
