Frozen waterfalls tour with Carmen: Had an unforgettable adventure exploring the frozen waterfalls with the incredibly knowledgeable guide, Carmen! Safety was clearly her top priority, and her expertise led us to conquer the hike smoothly and even finish ahead of time! 😄 The group vibe was fantastic – fun, chill, and super friendly. I highly recommend Carmen for her passion and care – she made the experience truly memorable! Would definitely join again.

Really nice experience! Our guide Liam was very helpful and told us about the Waterfalls and explained us how to safely walk the paths. On our day it was quite warm so the snow turned into slush so it was quite slippery. He made sure that we took care in dangerous paths and afterwards also prepared a BBQ for us! Also the car was very comfy (not the norm in trips like these). Overall really nice guide, nice hike, nice trip!

The frozen waterfalls are smaller than expected, but still unique scenes to see. the experience of trekking through a snowy forest is more interesting for me. Arctic GM offered winter falls to keep us warm. we were sweating from the walk. the bbq hotdog was a nice treat after a few km walk. I took off one star because I think guest management of some of its guides are questionable. There were at least three groups of us from Arctic GM that day. While I am happy with my guide, there was another group led by a female guide, her group has a few guests who love taking pictures. She simply left them behind taking pictures and walked away with the rest of her team. Another group also has some guests who love taking pictures. The group blocked a walking path for pictures for a long time, keeping all other visitors waiting in line. While I understand it is sometimes hard to control guest behaviors, and that guests should behave themselves, I think 1) guide shouldn't leave guest behind out of sight in any circumstance for safety reasons, 2) guide has the responsibilty to remind their guests not to affect others. We were all wearing the winter falls that has "Arctic GM" printed in large words. I feel embarassed when other visitors not on the guided tours frowned at the group blocking the narrow passage.

We had a great time hiking in Korouoma Canyon and see the Frozen Waterfalls in a very easy-moderate trail. Liam, our guide, was super friendly and professional with the group which help the group to have such a nice experience. The BBQ at the end was great for the group to get together and enjoy the full scandinavian experience.

We took a tour of the waterfalls on Nov 20, 2025. The waterfalls were beautiful. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of our tour guide, but he was extremely patient, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable! I believe it was his first time leading a waterfall tour. He did a great job!!! I'd like to thank him for being very patient with us while we were walking up steep inclines. I had to pause a few times and he waited patiently each time. Seeing the waterfalls is well worth the walk.

Beautiful experience. The waterfalls are beautiful, they are reached through a pleasant 5/6 km route with a wonderful landscape. At the end typical barbecue. He deserves absolutely.

We had an amazing experience ! The people were adorable ! We had such a nice time together, where we could share such a magical landscape, a little BBQ at the end to make more nice moment with them ! The guide was top, we learnt a lot about the Finland Nature and saw reindeers on the road, squirrel and pileated woodpecker in the forest ! Something really to do in Lapland !

The trip to Korouoma Canyon was very good! The setting is obviously superb, although to date nothing was frozen but we had been warned by the organizer. The guide was absolutely kind. 1h30 drive from Rovaniemi, we left around 9am and returned around 5pm. The nice but light barbecue (1 only sausage)

That was our 2. Excursion with Arctic GM. Everything worked out perfectly. Punctual pick-up and perfect and extensive tour guide by the Ondrej guide. He does a really great job and takes care of everything around it perfectly!!!
