5.00Great day out at Ranua Zoo with Max. Admission fee was included in the price and we spent about 4 hours there. We were a small group and allowed to take our time and get the most out of the experience. Stopped to have Max make us a fire and cook marshmallows and sausages before finishing our way round and ending in the gift shop. Overall a great experience that our guide Max made even more enjoyable!

5.00We booked all three activities in Lapland via Book Lapland (husky ride, Santa Claus Village visit, and the Ranua Arctic Wildlife Zoo tour) and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Everything was well-planned, on time, and easy — no stress at all. What we loved most is that each tour included pick-up from our apartment, which made a big difference for us (especially with kids). It shortened our travel time, simplified the whole logistics, and helped us save money compared to arranging transport on our own. The Ranua Zoo day stood out the most because it was the longest trip and the toughest weather-wise — but our guide Toni handled everything with great professionalism, keeping the atmosphere fun while ensuring everyone felt safe. My sister and me were traveling with two small children and felt comfortable the entire time. Toni even offered to take photos of us (with a professional camera!), and he clearly has great knowledge about the animals and strong experience driving in winter conditions. Warm recommendation for Book Lapland!

5.00It was great and well organised tour. We had pick up at our appartment, the ZOO was beautiful and the guide took us back to Rovaniemi, directly to the airport. The guide Toni was well prepared and all made us a great day!
