The driver was waiting for us with a sign that had my last name on it. He was polite & spoke English fairly well. The driver pointed out a few things on the trip towards the hotel which was nice

Was skeptical about booking because of the review but then I realized they didn't operate the activity. The transfer was smooth, vehicle was clean and driver was friendly. Very amazing!
