Great experience for the price. A little Bahamian knowledge share and a great amount of rum + other samples along the way. Fox was an excellent guide and made the whole group feel included. Highly recommend is seeking an excursion in Nassau.

Upon arrival there was no one there to inform us of where to sit or go therefore we were given a free tour and bought drinks and food. The tour guide arrived 20mins late and began the tour with history was but his delivery was not entertaining and a bit off putting. A waste of cab fare. The food we did purchase was delicious and the only good thing about the visit.

I went with a group of friends and we walked from the cruise port. Getting to the Distillery was easy to get to and about a 15 minute walk. We met up with our tour guide, Fox, who was so upbeat, fun, and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of information about the distilling process and Bahamian history. The walk between locations was pretty short, just a bit of uneven terrain. We felt safe and were well taken care of. The speakeasy was a fun location and a lot of history was shared. The bartender, Michael, made some fantastic drinks! Dont miss out on this tour:)

This excursion is great. You are definitely going to walk a fair amount. But our guide was great and took plenty of time to stop in the shade for everyone.

We did the Rum Tasting and Food Walking Tour and we had a great time. Our tour guide, Jason, was so knowledgeable and funny. His knowledge of Bahama history was great and very in depth. We toured the John Watling's Distillery and learned a ton about the Bahamas andthe history of pirates and the rum trade all the way to recent times. We were given some snacks of conch fritters and chicken wings (2 each) and a sliver (sliver being generous) and that was all for the day. It was all delicious but I was expecting a little more food on the Food Tour. We also went to Graycliff winery and moonshinery. Both were very nice. And then our final destination included a great rum tasting and a hands-on tutorial on making a Rum Runner, which we will definitely use! I definitely recommend this tour. Ours was at 10:30 am so we made sure to eat before. And Jason was a great tour guide!

I booked this tour on a last minute whim deciding it was the best way to get a local taste of the food and enjoy some local rum while learning about the rum, culture and it did not dissappoint! Jason was our tour guide and my boyfriend and I were blown away by the amount of knowledge, laughs, hospitality and also learning to make the best rum runner in the Bahamas. He went above and beyond to make our experience super fun and his personality was 10/10. The food tour part of it lacked a little, bit but the rum sure made up for it! I would do it again in a heart beat!!!
